No, actually that graph represents CHANGES in spending. Just google Bush vs Obama spending. To sum it up, in 2 years Obama spent and average of 3.87 BILLION$ per day. Bush spent 1.1 BILLION$ per day (avg) in 8 years.false.

saying that the unfunded medicare drug benefit that bush signed into law is an example of obama's spending is completely intellectually dishonest.
if you look at the cost of policies implemented under the last president and this one, the picture looks a lot different.
the key is to be honest about history, not lie about it for partisan reasons.

Wikipedia showed me that China *does* have more capital executions than the USA, but the number was like 5 to 6 thousand per annum. The other cute factette i picked up is that the official prison census in China is kept low by categorizing "administrative detention" as separate.
Nonetheless i agree with you that all this windy noise about "freedom" is not accurate or helping us much.

Look, I'll be honest. I hate the 2 party system. But the real powers that run this country decide what's going on. The politicians are just faces to identify and give people something to talk about. That's just my opinion. Republican, Democrat, same beast, different heads.
My fiancee works dealing with Medicare and insurance companies and my Dad will soon be on Medicare and with what Obama wants to do medicare is not good for both consumers and providers. He's enabling it to be monopolized and send everyone to one general provider instead of letting people choose.
