Lots of hastle running co2 in a tent that small. I would tend to only do it for a whole room for a 3mx3m tent.
I didn't think window ac units used outside air. Thought they recirculated inside air. Am i wrong?
They do leak a little, some have a fresh air vent port that can be closed off but it still leaks a bit. People have opened them up and sealed the leaky bits.
Portable AC units will intake air at the base of the unit. They then exhaust cold air at the top vent, but what people forget is they produce an equal amount of hot air (products of the cooling process) out a back vent which generally connects to a window. If you do not vent the exhaust out the window, you’re basically wasting time and energy. This is a problem while supplementing with CO2 because your CO2 will also be exhausted away with the hot air

Definitely a better option. I hear great things about mini splits too
minis are the only way to go IMO. Good ones will save a lot of money on electricity and they will run when it's cold outside.
