No I'm kidding. I basically work from home. But I'm not telling you shit as it's a detriment to me and what I do, possibly. LOL.

Day trading. You have to have money to start but with some good research and a lot of luck you can make much more than you need to live on.

fucking A i asked myself this question a
million times and pondered about the idea for days and days until i realized it was my lazy ass side of me that was trying to sit on my ass all day and make it feel legit. just do what you wanna do, whatever it is, and the money will follow in time. BTW growing pot, at least in cali and other med states, can be a pretty good legit at home biz.

I'm refurbish shit, fun hobby and can be very lucrative. Requires the ability to be constantly learning though, and number 2 biggest factor in any business when you work for yourself. The buck stop's here, you work hard get paid more slack off get paid less, se la vie such is life.

anyone know of any legit work from home business ?
I work for a company called SFI. A+ rating with the BBB and has been in business for 17 years. Like any kind of job, though, you will need patience and persistence to make any money. I've been with them for a little while now and I have already made a decent buck. You won't get rich quick, because it's not one of those kinds of jobs. In my experience, those are all scams.
Anywho, SFI is free to join and free to work for. All you need is a little time and effort and you will reap the rewards. Here's my personal sponsor link: http://www.sfi4.com/11790335/FREE

my stay at home job is buying toyota trucks and do a little work then resell, buy low, sell high, for example I bought a stock 87 Toyota 4x4 for $2200 put a weber on it, for $270 nice kit, that fixed the carb, egr, vacuum, and smog problems gone, got offered $2800, I'm keeping it,for my daily driver, for my Wheeler I bought a 84 toyota 4X4 for $2300 got a fresh rebuild,a webber carb, cherry bomb exhaust,4" lift, nice chrome steel rims, bucket seats, old school light bar that mounts in the bed, runs like a champ I scored on this truck, so of course I'm keeping it, craigslist is the shit, I got my eye on another two for resell, thats it for me I'm not buying anymore personal now it just bussiness, toyota's sell fast, especially the straight axle toyota trucks 79 to 85, there wanted for rock crawlers,86 to 95 are Ifs suspension not wanted as much but still move if the price is right. so just a idea, the price of gas is going up and people are dumping there gas sucking v-6's and v-8's and going imports, craigslist is a great place too get good cars, trucks, whatever, I got a buddy who buys jet ski's in the winter and sells in the summer,he also buys snowmobiles in the summer and sells them in the winter, so he keeps busy all year round.

Best place to start is with something you know and like. Could be anything. Take a hoby and build a business around it. Maybe you like Toyota trucks like kgb424. Maybe you collect something or like to craft something. Just pick something and research the hell out of it and find a way to make that into a business. If you are into guitars, you might be able to pick up a few jobs here and there setting up guitars or doing minor luthery for other people. Maybe you like baseball cards or match box cars. For every interest there is a customer. The smart move is to find a niche and be the only one filling that niche. For example, I knew a knife collector who made a diecent small business out of high end display boxes. They were the best and in the early '90s they were the only. He built up that business and sold it to a knife maker's supply dealer.

Back to the guitars. Lots of guys working on guitars. Have you looked at vintage cases? Good ones are hard to get. There is niche. get beat up old cases and refurb them. Rewinding pickups. I know one guy who does it, and he gets paid fairly for the service. Refretting a finger board is a dying art. On and on and on.

Detailing cars. Interior detailing. underhood detailing. Wheel/rim detail cleaning.

Photography. I met a woman who was setting up a freaking doggy portrait studio. She was getting a deal going with a couple of grooming salons (that's right, do grooming salons) to take stupid pictures of peoples' beloved pooky freakin poodles. People spend money on their pets.

So, what is it you like to do? Start there.

I got into Water Transfer Printing technology years back when it was new. My smaller setup only netted me enough to live modestly but it allowed me to not have to work a 9-5 job and I had time to learn how to grow.
At our current place we have a medium size setup and make enough money to pay all bills and then some, not counting my significant others income and money from growing. Like someone said here, do something you know, or want to know, and can be good at.
Patience I think is the most valuable lesson to learn, much like in growing. It took me years to save up for printing equipment and ads to get a customer base. It took even more money and risk to move up in size and take a chance with a new tech and luckily it paid off for me. When I finally move into my final home in a few years I hope to move up to the largest setup on the market.
I tried a few "at home" gimmicks, no go. I did body work being I had equipment back in the day, got my CDL and tried over the road trucking in the 90s, even tried to get into computer programming like one person mentioned here, but my worthless associates degree in computer science which was paid for out of pocket by me is no match for the countless bachelors and master degrees out there that already have many years of work experience compared to my short time at temp agencies who never get you hired. Thankfully in the end both my loves I now make my living from.

The best way to make money from home is selling Solavei cell service from home.

$49 a month for unlimited talk, text, and data through T-Mobile's 4G cell towers. It really is great. A lot better service than Metro or Cricket and cheaper too. Solavei uses sim cards too so you can still use ATT or T-mobile cell phones and you can transfer you current number as well. Best of all, NO CONTRACT.

That type of service can sell its self.

Solavei will hook you up with a website of your own and everything. Just get people to order Solavei service from your website that is pre-made and given to you by Solavei and thats it. All you got to do is market the product and make sure people order though your pre-made url. It might be a little confusing the way I explain it but the link will also explain the sell part of Solavei as well so go to the link. Its easy money...
