Are you a doctor? When you go for a physical (check up) you have to piss in a cup so they chould check your urine. If they find drugs i guess they will write it down on file. Maybe they would'nt look for it. I don't know i'am not doctor! My advice is to not go there HI and to drank plenty of water. (don't over do it with the water). Or maybe you can get a have way check up. Lol. How can they know if you're ok just by looking at you? I could do that lol.

Sure. He could try, you ever know. That would be a half way check up. As long as they complete the form you have to give them. He should be good. Some type of Doctor's Note or something.

A drug test IS NOT done when applying for working papers. The urine taken is tested for high glucose levels....Diabetes.
For a drug test to be performed....the testee (no pun) has to know about it and sign paperwork informing him that he's taking a dru test.
Besides....Whats the benefit of testing for drugs on a working paper application? The testee isnt going to work for the Dr. So it would be a waste. The employer is who makes you take a drug test.

Exactly---the only way he/you will have to take a drug test is if the employer requires it.

So what are the requirements for today's working papers? not 1993. If not now soon they will be testing you for drugs. If i had my own buisness i would'nt want all my employee's Hi on the job loosing money. Or to have some crackheads working for me. Would you?

No. That's why i employ myself, maybe the gf sometimes or another family member. Me and my business partner are always stoned, every waking minute.

No I wouldnt....Either way...youll still have to sign SPECIFIC papers saying you're ok with taking a drug test. Also the place you get your papers from is an entirely different entity than your employer. The state gives you your working papers (USA). Then you have to go find a job. Then, maybe you'll get drug tested before being hired.
BOTTOM LINE: If you're trying to find a job....dont smoke 30 days prior to taking a drug test (from a potential employer)...Or buy something to pass the test. Dont ask me what....cause I have no idea whats out there now. Ive been at my job for quite a while.
Other than that...most states basically just say you must be 14-15 years old and be in decent working condition (not retarded or disabled). So your "friend" will be fine.
