You have serious nutrient burn AND deficiency issues. ....

raise your lights until your plants look a bit better. ... I would be misting with 'seaweed extract' 10 times a day. .. and I would change the nutrient line-up.

I've never heard of oregon organics but had a look and this seems mad crazy to me .... From their site.

Q.What do they differently? Nectar for the Gods doesn't have a GROW formula, or a BLOOM formula, but a group of nutrients that are used for the entire plant life.

A. Each package gives you everything to grow your plants from start to finish. Not boxed as a kit, but each package includes a bottle of:
Medusa's Magic
Gaia Mania
Zeus Juice
Herculean Harvest
Athena's Aminas
Demeter's Destiny
Mega Morpheus
Aphrodites Extraction
Hygeia Hydration
Poseidonzyme
Pegasus Potion
Bloom Khaos

................. WTF? This is too complicated. :wall:

If u go to my post. Help asap i have all the pics
With respect; This is a community thread and NOT a Q&A thread for problem grows. Please feel free to participate but if you introduce yourself first others will feel better about helping you. :peace:

well guys...looks like this girl is not going to stop growing...2 weeks in flowering and she stretched almost 3 ft...I don't know what I should do as I dont have much more head room to work with...Any suggestions? I never cropped or anything before so im a little hesitant. The strain is by delicious seeds and its called cotton candy. I took a few clones but I dont think I will be growing her out again...
tsboss, yes, cotton candy can be a very tall plant. I know it sounds scarey but snapping the stem (pinching till you here a "pop", then stem bend over) as Moebius suggested is an effective way to keep the top from getting into the light while keeping the rest of the plant well fed. Here is an example of some C99 that went crazy tall on me. I snapped the stem till it hung over at about 12" from the top. The top lifted back up on it's own to about 90°. The colas formed anyway, it stayed out of the lights and still got some nice yield. At the time it was the hardest thing I'd ever done to a plant.....now I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Yes, definately need to supercrop that lady. I'd do like Moebius said go and measure from the top about 2 to 2.5 ft and bend. Add a support for the bent portion to keep it down after it recovers it will want to straighten back out. This will allow the rest of the plant to use the light and any other plants you might have, get that light back down to a foot above the canopy.

You should go here to find what ur problem is. You have the best knowledge of how you were feeding and how much
and u can deduct from this page what ur problems could be as I have this bookmarked and u this whenever I think I have a problem.

Thats the problem with organic concoctions and potions. Unless you've made it yourself its extremely difficult to deduce what you're actually giving the plants, its made more difficult when the manufacturers gives their products names like 'Aphrodites Asshole' or whatever they call it.

Also the nature of organics means there may be some variability in NPK levels between batches. .... I like organics but would only use the raw materials as opposed to bottled stuff.

You gotta supercrop that stem man. Watch a few videos on you tube and learn up on the process, its the only way you're gonna get out of this situation...

Question for WOH - one of my Cindy99 seedlings after putting into soil is now growing with two leaders, like it was topped. There is almost no single leader growth at all, it split into 2 leaders just millimeters above the soil line. Its still one plant, just wondering if anyone has popped a seedling that started out like that before? I have some limited experience with starting seeds (maybe 30 in total) and they all have started as a single leader that I had to top and train. Thoughts? Is this a C'99 trait?

Yes, I have had this happen before with other strains. I don't believe it is strain dependant as I have never grown C'99. It didn't effect growth any and did save some time as I only had to wait for the 2 branches to get where I would have topped it above the 5th node.

Yeah, I'm definitely not complaining, the plant took care of the first topping itself!

Just prepped some solo cup hempy's for my breeding experiment with perlite and vermiculite. I went with OC+ to test it out. Ran RO water w/ cal mag and didn't test PH. I added 1 tablespoon of OC+ per solo cup. I'm hoping that's not too much. It above the res as to not dissipate constantly and overfeed.

Could also bend a few times to shorten it up some!! If you require going 2 -2.5ft down the plant, consider bending a few times at angles to keep it close to the plant. Like if you were using a tomato cage and wrap the plant around itself. Support will b needed but it will work and keep it shorter so most of the plant gets good light penetration. Peace!!

I'll be crossing the following:

Qrazy Train (male) x Plushberry
Qrazy Train (male) x Afghan kush x skunk
Qrazy Train (male) x Qrazy Train

Figured since Im breeding for seeds, I'd give the OC+ a try to see how it reacts. I didn't want to have to sacrifice the bud I'll be smoking.

Tomorrow I'll be popping (5) super lemon haze, (3) reserva Prada holy grail kush seed for my first coco grow while I'm waiting on my (3) Pineapple Express and (5) kens grand daddy purple future seeds for my moms to take cutting for my 2l hemp grow. Finally! I'll keep y'all posted. Here's a pic of my nutes and additives I'll be using for my coco grow as well as 2l hempy grow minus the coco nutes. For the 2l hemp grow ill be using aqua flakes.

Doc D Thanks for running this experiment, I've wanted to do something similar for awhile, but the soil is so easy to start in.

Now a tbsp is more than enough to get that 16oz cup to it's next transplant, I would have recommended 1 tsp, with that said your little cups are going to test the "Guarantied Not Burn" Logo.

With OC in perlite, using RO the cal/mag is needed but just a little bit, and you do need to adjust your ph to around 6

Please keep us posted.

Watt, I'll definitely keep everyone up to date. I'd take a picture, but we've all seen a clone starting out in a solo cup ;) I didn't PH because I just really wanted to see if I could get away without having to lower. PH'ing plain water, even with just cal mag, never seems to stick. It's always bouncing around when you swirl. It will state 6.2, but swirl it around and it goes down to 5.6 or 5.7 and climbs back up. I just never feel like I have it locked without tapping some nutes in there (which is what I wanted to steer away from with the OC+). I added some roots excelurator to help boost root growth. If I start seeing some lockout, I'll make sure to PH them properly.
