Ok I put 2 plants under the HPS tonight, it's at 50% I'll give them a trial run and see how they are doing in 1 hour...

BTW I found an easy way to strip personal details from pictures...

Use Windows explorer, There’s little information available about the photograph but if you download the original you can get details about the camera model, the camera settings and even the software that were used to edit this picture before it was published online. This information is stored in every digital image, in the form of EXIF tags, and you can extract it using Windows Explorer or with the help of even the most basic image editing software. In the case of mobile phones, your pictures may even include location information thus giving others an idea of the exact geographic coordinates where that shot was taken.

[h=2]How to Remove Camera and GPS Data?[/h] If you are planning to share your personal photographs over email or on a public website (like Tumblr), it may sometimes make sense to remove the camera data and the location information from the images before putting them online.
There’s a free Windows utility called QuickFix that can help you here. Simply drag-n-drop the photographs in the QuickFix window and click the Clean Metadata button to remove all identifiable information from the photographs. It creates a new copy and won’t overwrite your original photographs.
QuickFix will not only delete the EXIF data and the GPS location information from your photographs but also the IPTC and XMP tags that may have added by the photo editing application.

Microsoft also offers a free utility called Pro Photo Tools that you may use to edit as well as delete common metadata from digital photographs including the GPS location.
[h=3]An Alternative Way to Remove EXIF Information[/h] If the photographs are in one folder, you can easily remove the EXIF data from one or more of these photographs using Windows Explorer itself without requiring any additional software.
Select all the images files, right click and choose Properties. Now hit the Details tab and click on the “Remove Properties and Personal Information” link. The next screen will give you an option to remove the various metadata that is embedded inside the pictures. Simple. *** I did this and it works well, make a copy without the data, then just upload the copy..****

Paint or any similar program will strip details if you just resave it in different format too. Most cameras allow you to turn the gps tagging off..thats what i do so that i dont need to worry later. Good tips though amd really important to strip info...hell even if cops dont look a thief could and fimd your house from it.

That plant on the right is huge for a 2 litre lol..i bet she drinks all her water daily.

Here is my one outdoor girl tossed her in with some tomatoes to see what she will do with just topsoil, pumice, worm castings, chicken shit, epsom salt and bonemeal. If she gets big ill build her a small greenhouse enclosure as we have shitty late summer rain quite often.securedownload-134.jpg

I chopped my plants yesterday....the three 2L bottles are hanging in a closet and the bucket in the bathroom shower.

These buds may look impressive but they are actually quite fluffy in nature, so I'm guessing they will shrink a considerable amount

Jela...your prediction of "C" being the "pick of the bunch" did not come true, but it turned out better than I thought it would.

The bucket was clearly the best, and "B" was the best of the 2L pop bottles (BTW: the drain hole was higher on this bottle.... something Moe had talked about so I tried it)

"A & C" being fairly close in overall bud, but I think "C" will be better quality as "A" was the fluffiest of them all.

I can not say if the soil capping did any good or not...the roots all look about the same

PS: I have shut down the grow rooms for the summer months....just have my indoor sunlight grow, which I enjoy more than artificial lights

cheers...and many thanks to all those that provided feedback and support on my first successful hempy grow

ISK, I knew you were chopping..it was time..looks like a nice harvest. Too bad about "C" but she had those traits I always watch for in my selections, hopefully she will be a good quality smoke. ...it's disheartening isn't it, how you can almost watch them shrink the first few hours, and the fluffy ones are the worst. Oh...your base stem diameters in comparison to the 2L bottle diameter are freaking amazing. Nice root concentration too.

Ok I worked out a temp setup, tell me what u guys think...

The umbrella is round, so I got a kiddy pool and a 3 foot wood circle with a large ball bearing under it...I will put the pool on the wood circle and be able to spin it a bit for watering..

Water will be in the old holding tank I found, I think it's about 40 gallon, I can use gravity feed to operate the hose, as the tank is about a foot off the ground. I still have to check the tank out, it has water in it now, but I'm not sure why it was replaced...it was in the basement when we moved here...

I found the vent pipe space and need to remove the old gas lines...they are just copper, I can cut them with a pipe cutter if I need to, but my saw should be able to handle the job.

Any advice on hanging the ballast or lights.
I find find out the pump and hot water are different circuits...so the light should be fine on down there. It has a good long cord and an empty outlet down there

Gotta get back to my cleaning.

Got everything set up tonight, Mylar on the walls, the light is about 13 inches above the tallest plant, it is set for 75% right now till everyone get used to it...the temp on the floor was 64 and I held my hand up to the highest branches and held it for the count of 20 and it was not even warm...

could i quickly ask what people think is the best nutes for hemp 1:4 vermic / perlite just 1 plant
Well the best nutes you can afford, or which ever ones you decide. They are all pretty equal, but if this is your first grow keep it simple and as least expencive as possible.

Ok finally my cal-mag arrived, how often do I need to use it and can it be mixed with other nutes?
Are you having a CalMag Deficiency? If so, then YES, you mix it in with your current nutes, but keep in mind that it will raise your PPM's, so you will need to compensate for that with the rest of your mix, and YES use it every time you mix. If you are not having a CalMag Def, then you don't need to use it at all.

Good luck!!
