I used to watch back in the day when had the von erichs wrestling, dingo warrior, etc. nwa i think? it's been so long, i forget[/QUOTE]

Hey Doc, the Von Erichs ran World Class Championship Wrestling outta the Sportatorium in Dallas for many years. The Sportatorium is one of the more legendary venues for wrestling in the U.S. Dingo Warrior = Ultimate Warrior. WCCW was affiliated with the NWA for a long time but at the end they were involved with the USWA and the AWA.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I've been a big fan of wrestling since I was about 4-5 years old!

Going to see it live is a completely different experience, it should be a blast. I haven't been to a wrestling show in well over 20 years, but used to go all the time in the 80s. Back then you could go get your tickets the day before the show, shell out about $4 a piece and get a front row seat! I can only imagine what they charge now. I bet it will be a lot of fun.

Since it is wrestlemania I might even watch a little of it too!:p

No offence but I haven't enjoyed it very much since the glory days if you could call them that. I watched wrestling when it was more wrestling then soap opera {again no offence intended}, growing up in Canada the wrestling was different, more ground and pound then rope a dope. I'm still in awe of the physical prowess these men possess but they need to get better script writers...JMO

Hahaha Missing Link was awesome! That's how I rock my hair same as the Link! Jk bro jk...

They got AWA and UWF on Espn Classics right now and there ain't much "classic" in either of them! Don't get me wrong, AWA had their glory days but it sure as fuck wasn't in 1990 right before they went outta business!

When I was growin' up Doc it was all about Stampede Wrestling, we used to play that shit at recess in elementary school! I used to like 'Mania 4 cause it was 2 VHS tapes and it was Ultimate Warrior's 'Mania debut against Hercules. Plus the tournament for the belt, I didn't really give 2 shitz about Macho Man winning though. R.I.P. Macho Man but I wasn't a big fan of his as a kid but appreciated his work more as I got older.
