HI ALL, i started a previous post about the problems i had with the hermie from femaleseeds.nl on their ww x bb x line feminised im now at 5 females flowering nicely with no signs of males or hermies at all. being a newbie i was wondering if these seem to be developing okay or are they on the smallish side?
im currently using ionic bloom for soil at 100ml/15litres ph'ed to 6.0
temps are 80 - 83's day time and 68-70 nightime
RH is 45% during day and 55-60% on a night which im tring to get down
they are in a 1.2m x 1.2m tent with a 600w hps

im looking to add ionic boost at 1ml per litre from the next watering

any advice?

let me know wot you think

Wow nicely done. With those pictures you posted were those seeds from female seeds again. I ask because I wanted to slip in a c99 fem from female seeds.

yeah the picture are all of the original seeds i got from femaleseeds.nl i only removed the hermies from the grow. so you think
these are doing ookay then yeah? i only ask as im a total newbie but i have read on here that the last half of the flowering phase is wen they really start to fatten up.
theyve got a slightly fruity citrus smell to them atm and are very sticky to the touch

Just be patient and watch for the pistils to really recede while fattening up and changing color., I use my microscope to start my check at week 8, but that's just me, I find trichome change can occur quiet quickly at the end and find myself patiently checking twice a day right before I chop.

Got yourself a good pair of micro tip scissors yet?

micro tip scissors? nope ... i take it you mean small ended scissors so i can get right up to the bud when trimming?

do you guys think it would be beneficial to add the ionic boost for my last few weeks? or would the increase in yield be negligible?

Yes well worth the $15 imho, Powdrless latex gloves as well.

I got blitz last night off of glove and scissor hash.

Hopefully another member can answer your question about the tonic boost.

does anyone out there know if it would be worth while adding the ionic boost to my cerrent feeding schedule for the last 4-5 weeks of flower?

just checked the girls and humidity wasnt too bad last night, gunna take a few more pics and upload them straight away, noticed a
few pistils turning brown on and around a couple of heads dont know if this is a natural thing of is sumthing going wrong?

also would like any input on weather at harvest time is it advisable to give them 48- 72 hours of dark to increase trichomes?
and is it neccessary to flush before harvest of is this just depriving the plant of food in the time that it needs most?
i know some say it can help with taste etc but would proper drying and curing not alleviate this?

They look like hell. Do this - wait about 4 more weeks, 6 at the outside, and cut them down. Dry and cure it and ship it to me so it can be destroyed properly. That will solve their problems.

I just went with a 30 hour dark period and noticed a positive change.
Flushing, you will get allot of opinions on, I don't do it, but I'm an organic guy.

so safe to say a 48hour dark period would do me good?
i think ill stick with little or no flushing in aid of bigger yields but will finish up with proper drying and curing.
