X's Kush Closet Scrog

So its my first scrog, I really need to get some chicken wire and put it over the pvc frame... I did an awful job with the copper wire.

Anyway! I've got this kush grow in the works & i'm pretty stoked about it.. 400w MH above 1 x Vanilla Kush, 1 x Stacked Kush, and 1 x Sour Kush (Headband)

I'll be flowering with the 400w HPS, using subcools super soil for nutrients and mendo avalanche/molasses late flowering.


I've got some shitty pictures from over the last 4 days, I'll get better pictures for all the plants soon just felt like getting this journal started

Good stuff range, I'm trying to clue myself up on various Kushes so this will be an interesting grow for me to drop in now and then to see how its done, if that's all right. I go to Amsterdam usually once a year and when there like to drop into Barneys Coffeeshop where I like a smoke of the Vanilla Kush, lovely smoke too. not got any knowledge of the others you are growing, but we live and learn. Will also be interested to hear your view on using Molasses in late flower. My own grow just now is Nirvanas Northern Lights half way through flower and looking well, I kind of lean towards organic where possible and molasses as a bloom booster appeals to me although I know little about its use. Anyway good luck range that's me subbed in and watching with interest .

thanks man, I was thinking of throwing the og kush #18 I got in there but I figured Id save that shit for when I bump up to 1000w

Here's some pics, I have no idea what day they're at.. VK is the oldest, then stacked kush by about a week, then sour kush is maybe 12-16 days old..

Vanilla Kush *Barney's Farm*
It's a pretty neat looking plant, it's the first one i've ever grown with the red fan leaf stems.. I like the way it looks though, took 2 small clones yesterday I'm really hoping the bud turns out nice.
Not really smelling like anything, it'd be a good stealth plant. At least in veg..


(Vanilla Kush was just super cropped on acouple tops, which is why the branches are hanging)

Stacked Kush *DNA Genetics*
There's afew signs of some burning or defic.. we'll see if it gets any worse. Just topped it yesterday, although I think i might have missed cause it looks like there's 4 new tops coming out.
It smells like its already budding, really strong when you rub the leaves.



Sour Kush (Headband) *Reserva Privada*
This shit's doing amazing, no hicups but it's still young. From the pictures on additude i'm so excited for this one, i'll be taking good care of it for sure.


I'm telling you guys this round is gonna be my come up, keeping the clones and i'll have a steady supply of 3 kushes if everything goes smooth..

Looking good range, Vanilla Kush maybe still a bit straggly, wont be long before it picks up though. Lowering temps from 90 will definitely help, mines seem happy at around 82.

So a friend of mine completely quit growing lastnight, he offered to give me his like 39 plants 3 weeks in flowering but I don't have nearly enough space for that shit.. So what he did was let me take 9 clones from afew of his plants in veg (The Church, & White Russian)

on top of that he gave me like $700 worth of growing equipment, nutes, etc...

He's a really good friend of mine and I just happened to be over at his place at the right time..


The Clones
I got them in my dresser in a humidity dome that he gave me as well, went out and bought acouple t5's and 6 2 gal pots for the clones that take off..


I also made a little reflector out of some mylar and one of those old felt color in poster things I had from like 13 years ago..



& the scrog ...

I put the sour kush up to the net, got big enough to tie down.. The stacked and vanilla are both getting there, just gave them some superthrive today

Hell yeah can't beat that at all.

Its just a matter of time now!

The girls are starting touch the screen, cant wait!

Not much new growth since last update besides the shoots, it looks really healthy though so i'll just let it be

& yeah you could tell he was bummed about cutting them down, but he's got legit shit in the works and it was too hot in the tent so he just said fuck it. I have some pictures of the white Russian he grew out with 2k watts i'll throw up here.

That's whats up man, is that one in your signature? I'll definatly have to check it out. & hell yeah dude lol, the 150w is history. If I could get the temps down I could have 800w of hps with afew t5's for side lighting but sadly this is as hardcore as it can be right now.

I'm not sure if I want to make a journal for this go-round people on RIU never comment on my grows :'( no love for the 400 watters lol. I wish I could have a bigger set up but space constraints make that impossible. This time around I'm doing only two bushes; One Grand Doggy Purp & a seed I got from my last grow of Blue Widow X Chemdawg, both in DWC, Dynagrow Nutes, and the good ol' 400w. Right now they're still little seedlings under some CFLS, in a week I'll turn on the DWC buckets and put 'em under a MH at 75%. If you're interested in watching it pan out maybe I'll make a journal! For now, I'll be following you along.
