weeell if you think you over watered it then drrry it out! if it looks like its rotting under the soil - like if the soil is slimy and your plant looks like garbage transplant to moist - not dry, not soaking wet, but moist fluffy well draining soil and train under a light with a fan on it. you should know in a couple of days if the colour comes back and the fan strengthens the stem up. only as much wind as the stem can currently handle though, just to aid in strong stem cell recovery and to get the plant on its own roots. if it looks healthy after a few days, water until sparsely until its growing normally then feed as you can best judge.
hope some of that helps.

below is what a plant should look like with a light close to it and a constant light breeze - short, green, and bushy :)

as long as you transplanted it into fresh and dryer soil... you should be alright man.

general rule of thumb when watering, and I tell this to all the noobs out there, so I might as well tell you this too...

general rule of thumb when it comes to watering.. wait until the top 1/8th or 1/4th layer of the soil is DRY before watering again. Why? Simple.. the top layers will dry first as they're exposed to more air and light than the lower layers.. so if you see that the top 1/8th or 1/4th layers of the soil are completely dried or pretty close to it.. you can almost bet that the lower layers are not too far behind from becoming just as dry.. so its time to water again.

I've used this rule of thumb for 4 years now and its never failed me once.

Good luck.

peace.

water with 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water, it helps with root rot. using roots accelerator or hygrozyme helps prevent root rot
