Yellow dots on leaves

Any idea what this might be ?
I’ve had spider mites before; this doesn’t look like it. (It was a while ago, and I restarted my room).

ive not personally experienced those symptom from spider mites

have yo sprayed the plants with anything?
could you have spilled or splashed nutes accidentally?
