Yellowing and slow growth

so its starting from the single true leaves near the bottom the tips are yellowing and the top set of fan leaves are curling up like a taco.
new growth seems to be fine but some of the new leaves are curling up weird. ive been researching and cant figure out whats wrong with my plant.

how hot is it in there

Not hot at all. im using 2cfls and a florescent 3ft light its not a temp problem
