You ever been shit on by a bird

We used to tie multiple snares just a little bit bigger than their heads on a pole then lean that up against trees. They liked to climb up it into the tree and would get snared going up or down. I don't trap anymore but it was really effective at filling the freezer when I did it.

My wife and I bred peachface lovebirds and handfed the babies for several years- we sold them for $45 and they were the sweetest lovebirds ever
One of our hens would let me pet her while she was sitting on eggs in the nestbox

This is Nokie, who was our last living lovebird- she was about 16 at the time and had recovered from a stroke which made her see upside-down for about a year. She passed quietly in the night a few days later

I was at a local fair 60ish years ago as a youth. I was sitting under an old tree that had a bench built around the base. Old farming community. Starlings landed in the tree and an older gentleman looked up and a bird pooped right in his mouth. He spit and looked at me and said " if I hadn't had my mouth open that bird would have pooped right in my face".

I saw that with a deer and the deer crunched it up and ate it
