Your Opinion...Is this Ready?

Thanks for the kind words BD. My lazy ass needs to update my grow thread, I'm 28 days into the flip and the girls are finally in that "interesting" phase. Hard to believe how much these plants change in such a short period. I wouldn't say I know what I'm doing, but I read a ton and guys like Baka, stew, Prosperion, and Uncle Ben, and a tone of others share so much knowledge they've shortened the learning curve for a newb like me. Next grow I'm going with fewer plants and a much more aggressive training plan.

Me, all I'm rocking is some Booker's bourbon. Haven't smoked in over a year, and looking forward to breaking that fuckawful streak with some homegrown in a couple of months. Cheers!

Yes...there is a wealth of information shared up here and members like stew (a future MOD here) make it easier and fun at the same time. I have two auto's going right now for the Auto Solo Contest that look extremely beautiful (roots pushing dirt out of cups) and I can't wait to show the slide show when they are done. Stay posted for my upcoming update here on my tents and outside ladies. Rock on...

Here's an example of how much bigger ganja can get when grow outside. In Jamaica (Bob Marley tour and private), I've seen these girls 12 foot high and 6 foot around with colas as thick as my leg. I have not been able to grow this big in a tent, but then again...I would'nt want to. I'll get pictures of the of the inside ladies up here later when the lights go off and it's not raining (lol). Peace

Hello RIU members. Had'nt been on here for a while, so thought I'd give a brief update. My Auto's for the Contest have a couple weeks to go with roots overtaking the small cups holding them. I harvested a Bubblegum that I've been whacking at for the past few weeks. I also took down one of the outside Jamaica Airee girls. The scope has truly taken out any guesswork! The flower tent is full with big sticky colas not yet ready. I did'nt take any pictures yet today, as I am not turning the lights off anymore with the power problems we have had here recently. Headed down to some of our farms tomorrow to do some "checking" and perhaps some harvesting. The outside girls here are about 8' tall, but not ready. More pictures later. Take care friends...

BD. Why would you have to go to Jamaica to see trees such as the ones pictured ?: All you have to do is take a trip here to your bro's home "Dank" and you could see all kinds like the ones your talking about... haha..

* I remember being a kid mind you, well as a lot of you know my Dad was a a die hard grower, obtaining his botanist lisence, I remember tagging along behind him walking in a huge field with all these plants over my head, everyonce in awhile he would reach up and grab one, pull it down to his nose and smell it! Lol.. at that time I didn't know what the hell they where! I remember asking, he replied saying "my flowers".. Hahaha .. Boy I sure miss that old man.. He was my best friend..

Don't we all bro ?: A grower such as all of us is "PROUD" of what all we do do. And we want to show everyone our hard work that we put into our ladies is all. Not bragging. Just "proud".. They look really good buddy.. And on not a lot of people commenting, its not that they don't "like" what your saying, or like you.. Its just a lot of people get tied up with life I guess, and post a time or two here and there, and then just stop coming around.. I've ran into that on my thread.. It makes 1 think that everyone has forgot about them, or are not interested in your grows. Know what I mean ?: And that kinda hurts alittle, being everyone "knows" all the hard work we do put in.. But me, if for some reason you don't see "me" here on your thread, its not that I'm not interested in what your doing brother.. Not that at all.. I just get SO tied up its unreal... I'm sure you know how it is.. Hell, I have nothing but love 4 you brother!!

I am super proud and happy with my grows so far this year, as well as the ongoing grow here inside and out. Those of you that were watching this thread saw how big and how many colas were produced in my tents so far this year. I won't give actaual dry weight on this thread, but it is a BIT. Stew, if you would like to know weight, let me know and I'll pm you. I have plenty of interesting pictures to share here, but people don't realize that us growers need comments in order to improve.

I will be doing another photo shoot and trich checking tonight and will try and get some pictures up here. I'm still trying to locate that skunk hiding in my flower tent (lol). The tent is full, the outside girls are absolutely huge, and my indoor and outdoor Auto's for the Solo contest are about ready to go upside down. Stew, I want to thank you for thinking and caring about another one of your friends here at RIU. I still say you need to be another one of our excellent MOD's here! What was the weight on the bubblegum?

Wow...the sites back up (lol)! Hey there dlf, dank, stew, Allday, etc., thanks so much for looking and your comments. I have not weighed it off the stems yet dlf, but the Bubblegum came in at 15.6 oz (real thick and guey colas). Thanks for the good words my good friend stew. dank, I want to first commend you on showing every reader of this thread what a gentleman and thoughtful person you showed in your replies. You not only have shown experienced growing techniques here on RIU, but you seem to have a good nack of making one feel better about their concerns. Thanks to all for being wonderful friends here and sharing their great grows with all of us.

I was going to put some more pictures up here on some ganja that I had to find a space here to hang up for drying. I was making my rounds on the farms to check some of my outdoor ladies. I got to one of my farms and what do I see? I'm looking down the long ditch where the girls for this farm are located. I see a bunch of deer boiling out from the ditch and over the hill. Hmm...something's up! So...I get out of the truck and unload the 4-wheeler and head down the ditch towards my girls. I get about 600 yds down the ditch line and I see two people (a man and woman) crouched down behind a large den tree. I go over and find out that the man is one of our paid hunters that hunt deer and turkey on our farms.

As I start up a conversation, the man tells me that they were checking out their deer stands. I then asked him why they both had gonja leaves on them and they smell like marijuana (lol). He said "boy...its thick as hell down their". I knew something was up, so I just started walking around the ditch where we were as we talked. Low and behold...I find four large piles of freshly cut cola branches. Boy was I pissed and I definately showed it! I let him know in no uncertain terms that his lease is immediately terminated and if he comes back onto any of our properties again, he and anyone with him will be arrested and I will pull his deer stands myself for him to collect at my home. Then this MF'er had the nerve to say to me that since he did all the cutting on that girl, organized them collectively, and had them half-way to the truck, that he was taking that bunch of colas with them. I LAUGHED and said two words as I ripped off my jacket..."GO AHEAD". Needless to say...he did'nt seem to want those colas to bad as they walked away and up the ditch.

When I went down to the girls after I kicked them out, sure enough, they had taken down one of the plants (Napolese Dragon), but the other was still there. BTW...neither of these girls were quite ready, but within a couple weeks of harvest. They cut down the big one (9' high last seen) and the one still there is at about 7', but very thick. Well, I had to find some new space for hanging/drying since everything was currently in use (lol). I put one of my wildlife camera's (day/night)on the girls still standing (extremely well hidden) and hope to get a nice clean picture of him if he decides to come back. Now the funny ending to my short story here. I'm headed home and stop to get gas. A casual friend was also at the pumps and came over to talk. Two seconds later, he say's "dam...you smell like marijuana". I told him that I was down mowing a bunch of the wild stuff that grows here. Whew...he bought it saying they just mowed a pasture last week.

Just thought that would be an interesting story to share (lol). I hope everyone is doing great and has some good smoke in front of them! Short Rider for me tonight!

I tell ya, this is 1 thing that really pisses me the fuck off bro! I had this shit (same thing) happen to a few 8' foot tall WW x White Rhino's I had going a few years back. Damn they was huge 2! Had big ol cola's on them nd smelled so good!. I went down to check 1 day, entire crop gone!! Found out it was 1 of my suppose to be good "friends"! Which I have NO clue how he even found them!! I surely didn't tell him! Anyways, how I found out it was him, they had strew yellow caution tape up all over. Well the following day I went to his house to visit, low and behold what did I see on his work bench! ?: the same kind of damn tape!! Talking about a fight!! It was on....

Here's an example of the difference in yield when you grow one good outside girl. My indoors have been and are still giving excellent yield as you see back into this thread, but they just don't compare. This would be two or three if it were indoor. Jamaica Airee tonight!

Hey dlf...thanks for your nice words. Yes, we do have a couple colas hanging around here (lol) and we will be having some more here very soon. The flower tent is still full and my outside girls are tremendous. I hope your bag seed grow bud is lasting for you bro. I just recently pulled out of the Solo Contest. Every November, we have a big cookout here at the home place with a band, horseback riding, food, driink, and some special stuff for the special friends that show up. I usually send them home with a doggy bag (lol). Looks like the Jamaica Airee Outdoor is gona to help da cause this year again. Look how she filled out from Sept 18th to Oct 8th. I should have taken a photo of the other side, but was high at the time, but I had polinated two of the bottom branches which gave me a bunch of seeds and did'nt bother anything else. I'll try and get some pictures later of the hanging colas. I'll need regular cloths line for these babies, as they already broke what's being used right now (lol). Damm dude...this Bubblegum is g@@d!
