Your Stupid Neighbor(s)

I guessing we all have this in common. Everyone has had a neighbor they can't stand at some point in their life. I wanna hear about yours.

Do they let their kids run wild? Their pets make noise all night? Trashy yard? Always in your business?

Repeatedly threatened to have our cars towed when parked "in the street", leaving enough space for a freight train to pass through...It's not a parking spot? I don't see any no parking signs!

i have one that has asked me not to cut "his grass".

The guy rents the house. but he does keep a nice yard.

Most of the time his truck is parked over a section of grass just over my property line.
That ay the truck was gone so I mowed the 6x15' parcel while i was over there.

Next day he stops me in the yard and starts telling me he likes his grass "so tall"
and would i mind not mowing that piece. what a tool.

i live on a crowded side street and my neighbors sit on porches and bump crappy music with bass that can be felt 2 blocks away. every third car that drives by has to make sure that i can hear their god awful music in my living room with the windows shut and the tv up.

people fly up and down the street on crotch rockets. this is a narrow street with 3 decker housing packed 30-50 feet apart on both sides, parked cars lining both sides of the street. not only do they ride way too fast, the fucking noise those things make is obnoxious.

i am one of the few on the street who gets a driveway with my building. people who don't live here like to park in my spot. ALL the fucking time. yes, there is a sign.

sadly, the children are quieter than some of the adults.

I live next door to to a mother and son (in his 20's) and they're constantly fighting. I've lived here for years and every day since I moved in I hear them argue. Mostly just him in tears yelling out "OH MY GWOD-UH WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?" followed by a suicide threat. And her replying with something like "SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT. DO YOU WANT THE FUCKING NEIGHBORS TO COMPLAIN". It stopped for about a month but but he came home. His mom was telling the neighborhood that he was "at job corps. they're teaching him how to dig up bones. he wants to be an architect". That's not a typo. I'm not that stupid but this bitch is. He was at court ordered rehab. She keeps trying to hang a set of bookshelves on drywall in the garage (which is on the side of the building) and my bedroom is on the other side of that drywall which she has broken through. And the wood. and the next layer of wood. I know this because my wall is cracking, and if the bitch breaks all the way through I'm gonna be there to greet her with a cowboy style revolver and make her dance. She seems to think that switching from a hammer and nails to a screwdriver and quote "the twisty nails you use a screwdriver for" will prevent further damage. she's stupid but good at manipulation because the landlord still allows her to do "maintenance" on other properties after she was caught garage hopping on the clock. There's soooo much more but I'm gonna stop now. This is starting to piss me off. like they do; every fucking day

I can't see my neighbors houses , but I assume their all a bunch of assholes.

All my neighbors where I live now are pretty cool actually. And their wives be HOT. But the guy who lived above me when I moved to my first apartment was a waste of space. He was nice and all but would come down and bum cigs and weeds off me and my roommate. It was kind of like my roommate giving the stray cat some food. He just kept coming back. Also he would have the utility companies coming around every so often up in our shit shutting his shit off cuz he was a deadbeat. Stanley Stanley Stanley. I wonder if he's still alive.

I think of this type person as takers, social vampires. I have known too many.

Do you think these types wake and consciously think "who can i sponge from today?"
or could they be oblivious to the annoying person they are?

I try to keep to myself and ask nothing of any of my neighbors.
Sometimes I wonder what they may think of me.

we were surrounded by quasi-retarded, white trash idiots when we moved in. "up and coming" area. i secured the perimeter with fences and walls topped with spikes and broken glass block. bought a dog. a new gauge, and sharpened my machete on the step. its two families on the block, but their kids/grandkids bring every low-life punk for miles. a lot of nuisance calls to the cops, and few confrontations, and we are now immune. now hipsters are moving in, in droves. hooray!

I think that they do ask themselves something along those lines. I'm pretty sure the majority know exactly what they're doing. Some are just plain old dumb though.

I'm the same way in regards to my neighbors. Me and my immediate next door neighbor have an unspoken agreement... you don't tell me when to cut my grass and I won't tell you when to cut your grass. Our collective grasses are usually the tallest in the neighborood lol. And greenest though. Before I bought my house it was Section 8 so they are happy as hell I'm here now.

lmao, I don't have a problem with my neighboors I don't have any. when I want to go out shooting guns I step on my back deck. my dogs run free and I smoke weed on the road. I use to have wild parties all night anwith loud ass music, guns, boxing gloves and use the dirt road as our boxing ring. never had to deal with the cops or nothing no bitching neighboors for me the closest one is a 1/4 mile down the road. it don't matter if I take only 1-2 shots in the middle of the night nobody calls the cops.

My neighbor once chased off news reporters and camera crew from our rural road with is farm tractor because according to him they were taking illegal pictures of is property; those poor guys were there because of a fire in one of the building the day before.

I love my neighborhood and my neighbors. We all have a very open "You dont bother me and I wont bother you" attitude. Sure it may suck when music is blasted during a party until midnight or later or something like that but as long as nothing is said then no one gives me shit for anything I do. I'm fine with that.

Almost all my neighbors are second, third or forth generation families from the same area so we all know each other for years or have relatives that know their relatives for years. If ever we get "new people" to the area and they start some trouble we organize and have a nice discussion with them. They either fall in line and enjoy the neighborhood for what we have made it, or over a few weeks/months we will all band together and drive you out. Yay!

Oh we got that typical college town issue's.......drunks all night.......and of course old buildings and 24/7 parties lead to confrontations when folks who work a normal shift have to try to sleep. Then of course you have to deal with the olschool white trash that frequent certain area's on the 1st of the month and the 15th(couldnt figure out why till my wife explained things to melmao)turns out thats when they get there "benefits"! That's when the city boys come up sell them crack and heroin till there welfare money is gone, then the white trash tells on them and they end up in our state prisons claiming racial profiling lmao its comical! I finally had decent folks move in the neighborhood but i came from a rural area here kinda not umlike what bluntmassa described in his post, after living in a more urban ebviroment i can understand why folks work in these area's and live in the rural area's. The biggest issue here most recently is idiots with cars hitting and killing people in crosswalks and on streets then driving off. The more the population increase's in our area's , the more prone we are to stupid human acts!
