like, say, 2-3 times as happened that night? i would say 2-3 times is "repeated".
The WHOLE thing is considered a single incident. Stalking is a serious crime and if it could be argued they would have added it to the charges. Think they will use that term at the trial? Do you think so?

Its like you trying to charge a guy 6 times for murder because he shot the same dude 6 times.

by you it is.
Me and anyone who can think logically and isn't blinded by perceptions of racism. Stalking is repeated attempts on totally different times of the day, week or month. Just because you lose sight of someone for a couple of minutes and then see them again and start following again does not constitute stalking and you know it doesn't but just like to be coy, I understand that.

The victor tells the history? When the loser doesn't exist and a lack of archeological evidence, we have to take the bard's word?
This is an instance where "the victor's history" (Zimmerman's) has been demonstrated to be inconsistent.
I am not saying that it's impossible that T threw the first punch, or that he reacted aggressively to a polite inquiry by Z. It's possible. However considering what we know of Z, his former actions and his frame of mind minutes before the shot ... I don't consider it likely. Do you? cn

What evidence do you have? I am interested to see it.
The dispatcher asked Z not to pursue. Z pursued. Minutes later his mark was dead. Add Z's history of past aggressive behaviors, which have been dissected ad nauseam on the other thread, and You have the evidence. Compelling/conviction-grade? Definitely not. But not something that can be laughed off either. Jmo. cn

Its like the general section of the forum, every 3rd post is the same question with the same answers.

The dispatcher has no authority and the caller has no duty to obey the dispatcher.

FWIW the dispatcher didn't ask Zimmerman to not pursue, just said that they didn't need him to do it. Not even a request.

and zimm repeated those words of the dispatcher verbatim days later in the interrogation, but claimed he didn't know the name of the street he was on in the neighborhood he lived in and patrolled for 5 years (this was after he recited the address of the clubhouse without hesitation, which was on the same street he was on).

seems legit.

I recognize that the dispatcher had no authority, thus "asked". And I also recognize "we don't need you to do that!" as the strongest language of dissuasion available to someone who can only suggest. You know that as well as I. cn

probably had the strength of 50 white men and was intent on raping white women.

but probably not zimm's wife. that bitch makes me want to vomit.

I dunno, plenty of the brothers have been known to seek out such women. Haven't you been around blacks much?

i find it funny that the teams are ALWAYS the same. you won't find 2 people agreeing in this thread and disagreeing in another. i think half the time people go against what they really feel simply so they stay on "the same team". nobody here really has a thought of their own. it's all predictable and redundant.
