the scuffle of grass? Really? Is that a really loud noise that wakes people out of a slumber and makes them run to the window thinking "What the hell was THAT?"

Depends, someone could've had the window open and maybe the incident happened near several homes? It's not impossible to hear grass scruffling, especially during a fight.

witnesses 11 & 20. their door was open, they muted the TV after hearing the final confrontation, and heard the scuffle of grass from north to south. that fits with physical evidence that goes south from the T.

was not drunk then but am drunk now.

New construction in America is just that, toothpicks reinforced with Chinese drywall and a thin layer of veneer. My house is over 120 years old and is made of stone, I can't even hear a 40 MPH wind outside.

People living in homes built in the last 30 years can hear insects eat 1000 feet away and mice having sex 4 feet underground, just ask Buck.

I don't know what you know, but I know that Zimmerman was beaten. It is self evident. That he was beaten is one of the most established facts.

How did he get a broken nose and lacerated skull if not at the hands of Martin? Seriously, I would like you to answer that.

To me, the fact that Zimmerman was battered and Martin was not is probably the strongest bit of evidence in the case. The fact that an eye witness stated that Martin was on top of Zimmerman beating him MMA style completely corroborates this physical evidence. The fact that there is a 45 second recording of Zimmerman screaming for help, and one of Zimm's first statements to the policeman on the scene, literally within minutes of the cop getting there, was, "I was calling for help, but nobody came...". Again completely corroborates the recording.

Given this known info, what does it matter if "Zimm started it"?

"tiny scratches on Zimm's head"
"witnesses heard the scuffle of grass"

I still prefer the "aliens probing anuses" theory. Not that there is anything wrong with that...

I doubt the known info ... part of it is from the least consistent witness in recent memory, Z himself. And the other eyewitness "info" is of low quality.

The other minor point is that Z's skull received no injury. cn
