This plant for the first 4 weeks of its life had quite terrible conditions with little light and barely any nutrients, I transplanted it and this is the before and after!!!

This is my 4 week old northern lights autoflower.The first set of leaves became yellow and now they are almost gone.Should i be worried or is this a normal thing. Also one of the leaves have this weird looking mark on the leave, i dont know what it is. Is she healthy?
