No one is "entitled" to anything. No person on this planet is better than anyone else. Rules are set in place to try to control others. Who is one person, or a group of people, to make rules against others? Life just happens and it is what it is. Otherwise we wouldn't have rapists, murders and child molesters.

people are entitled to do anything thats NOT expressly forbidden by law or statute
so governments tell folk what they can't do rather than what the can
as for the 1998 human rights act lol only the right not to be tortured can be enforced

Like an economy in which maybe 20% of the population has any desire to work is going to prosper. Communism is another name for what you suggest.
