YOU STILL NEED EXHAUST AND INTAKE, LED OR NOT. Don't be fooled into thinking LEDs don't produce heat, especially if you get a cheap one!
I can't tell you how many people I know/have seen bought a LED thinking it would solve their heat problems, only to realize that a proper set up is only thing that can do that.
Bottom line, LEDs work. They are expensive and if a diode goes out it might be hard to replace. You still need the same amount of intake and exhuast, IMHO. If your intake temp is acceptable, say under 80 degrees, and you can't cool a 600w HID light, you don't have enough air flow/exchange-and led won't fix that.
