Nice man. Ive had R&R and crown is my favorite... never tried triple crown, is that related to crown royal?
Have you tried Stampede? I like it.
Never tried stampede. R&R sucks you have to spend a extra few bucks to get their reserve, it actually has pretty high ratings. Triple crown is the dankest, I have to get my liquor store to order it for me. Its about 36 a bottle.http://www.wine-searcher.com/wine-371848-0000-triple-crown-north-american-blended-whiskey-usa

I love Crown Royal. I have a ton of those damn purple bags.. a few black ones as well.
Stampede is an excellent alternative (for me). I don't know if it was the change up or what, but it was a good mood whiskey.
Yeah the triple crown is really sweet, it might be too sweet for some. Its got a cherry vanilla flavor to it. But it doesnt effect my stomach the next day. Lol, thats how I base how good the liquor is.

For sure, it's all about feeling good in the morning. That's why I have an affinity for the Canadian Whiskeys... they treat me pretty well the next day.
Now we hit my drink! I love(love to try) whiskie's all whiskies, scotches, cognac's ...Don't care for bourbon much tho......Best and most costly I ever had was me and a buddy went to Gino's....We had been working on the BP refinery up there in Chicago they had us on 6/12's for about 2 mth's so the check's where super phat and my daughter had just been born and he had never had to work away from home and we were all butthurt liking the wound's @ the bar and there it was Louisthe14th.....2g's a bottle we each got a double shot @ 120.00 a shot.....Lived the good life that night
