I'll go ahead and jump in. From my experience with red cup growing, both cannabis and tomatoes/peppers fruits and vegetable starts etc, root rot is not an issue. I've had tomatoes reach fruiting while in red cups and have no signs of root rot or related issues. As long as your medium can respectively dry out all is well, and being left in a bucket or dish/plate of water for a few days should not cause such immediate damage, it would need to be more than a few days.

That looks like over watered, and hungry plants.
right on man, thanks for the input.. guess ill just hold on to the enzymes and auqashild? or do you think it wouldnt hurt to through a bit of that in ?
ive never had rot probablem.. or an over waterd probablem really

so i should just let them dry the fuck out and bumb up that food?
thanks for all your guys input so far.
ihope these can bounce back

Remember keep it simple and easy for your self Patience; that is what a cultivator has to overcome
normaly im pretty good with the waiting game... just hard sometimes coming home and seeing your plants have been brutalized lol...
imma just have to slowly try to correct this..
imma probably start another batch of beans just incase these wont bounce back

ive always read the porixide is a no no...
im willing to try it if i do have rot though
peroxide can kill beneficial stuff in the soil but if you have root rot it might be a better option than killing the plants themselves...that shit can all come back. Plus those aren't going to stay in the solo cups I'm assuming so you'll be potting up in some better soil in large containers soon enough with a lot more activity going on )>

well seeing as im in perlite vermiculite.. idk if there are any bennies in the medium..
also your sig... makes me wonder if they will really bounce back lolol"warning: i have no idea what im doing. dont take anything i say as factual advice, or your plants will die"

a local shop has some good tea thats got supposed to have bennies in it , also the auqalock does too so i can always suplement if need be

the person who was looking after them just didnt listen to a word i said...
which i guess is my fault. but it is what it is... next time i know just to let the wife handle the shit when im gone.

she will research stuff with me. we always read about potential probablems and what not.. she dont grow. but knows its something i like, and her being the good lady she is. she shows interest she dont even smoke

my partner who gets a 50/50 split with me
dont read
dont try
dont really do much, except provide the space.
and he gets alot back from it

youd think.. if you were benefiting from somthing youd try everything to make it better, he says hes tired... he drives a truck for 6 hrs a day.
i do what needs to be done when it needs to be regarless of how i feel... im in construction, and work damn near 7 days a week avaraging 10hr days
i just dont get

The plants in the photos are droopy from being too wet, and they are yellow from hunger.
Put a fan to move the air around, will help them dry out.
Increase the amount of food you are giving them.
Plants should survive.
