right on man, thanks for the input.. guess ill just hold on to the enzymes and auqashild? or do you think it wouldnt hurt to through a bit of that in ?I'll go ahead and jump in. From my experience with red cup growing, both cannabis and tomatoes/peppers fruits and vegetable starts etc, root rot is not an issue. I've had tomatoes reach fruiting while in red cups and have no signs of root rot or related issues. As long as your medium can respectively dry out all is well, and being left in a bucket or dish/plate of water for a few days should not cause such immediate damage, it would need to be more than a few days.
That looks like over watered, and hungry plants.
normaly im pretty good with the waiting game... just hard sometimes coming home and seeing your plants have been brutalized lol...Remember keep it simple and easy for your self Patience; that is what a cultivator has to overcome
ganna in a couple hours.. have to get to the grow house.. but first i have shit to take care of .. probably no late than 5-6pm mytime for an updateHave you checked the roots of a plant?
right on brotha . ill keep this update going.. i also got a grow journal going in the gmg section if you wanna get a bit more of aback story on my plants..Ok man, yea just look at the plants roots. We'll go from there.
ive always read the porixide is a no no...3% peroxide and water
peroxide can kill beneficial stuff in the soil but if you have root rot it might be a better option than killing the plants themselves...that shit can all come back. Plus those aren't going to stay in the solo cups I'm assuming so you'll be potting up in some better soil in large containers soon enough with a lot more activity going on )>ive always read the porixide is a no no...
im willing to try it if i do have rot though
well seeing as im in perlite vermiculite.. idk if there are any bennies in the medium..peroxide can kill beneficial stuff in the soil but if you have root rot it might be a better option than killing the plants themselves...that shit can all come back
I would definitely heed that warning.well seeing as im in perlite vermiculite.. idk if there are any bennies in the medium..
also your sig... makes me wonder if they will really bounce back lolol"warning: i have no idea what im doing. dont take anything i say as factual advice, or your plants will die"
a local shop has some good tea thats got supposed to have bennies in it , also the auqalock does too so i can always suplement if need be
i dont think peroxide gets rid of root rot ....it just prevents itive always read the porixide is a no no...
im willing to try it if i do have rot though
the food was what was ganna happen this water .The plants in the photos are droopy from being too wet, and they are yellow from hunger.
Put a fan to move the air around, will help them dry out.
Increase the amount of food you are giving them.
Plants should survive.
okay thats what i was thinking. it also more of a tempoarary fix but not in the long runi dont think peroxide gets rid of root rot ....it just prevents it
