Thats a local council safety camera partnership van(crewed normally by civilians in police uniforms, cant remember their exact title) NOT a police vehicle. Also if that pic was taken in the last year its running on false number plates as a DVLA check shows that registered to a Hyundai from 2013
This is a POLICE ANPR vehicle(with camera by rear view mirror)

Unfortunately you MAY (in the majority of cases) find out its STILL a council camera partnership vehicle "on loan under partnership" to the local police force but this time with police livery on it, they are very deceptive with regards to these vehicles.

Normally just a white shirt with black epaulettes , wording on the epaulettes changes from force to force, normally these are the muppets manning the front desk in police stations/999 call centres/custody staff etc

some of those civil enforcement officers (traffic wardens) deal with other non traffic matters too
i can't keep up with all the new titles for these old cunts
and the new positions they have created
have you seen these community wardens or neighborhood support officer ?
Our community wardens are out between 7.30am and 10pm every day in 128 Kent communities.
They:
can tackle low-level crime and antisocial behaviour (such as graffiti, littering, fly tipping and vandalism)
can take names and addresses and control traffic
are a reassuring uniformed presence
are fully trained to the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme before starting their work
encourage communities to work together and make things better for everyone
work closely with Kent Police and other professional authorities
talk with local people, offering information and advice
take part in local community activities.
They don't make arrests.

Yup, they trialled them where I am.......................went on a big publicity drive to promote it, bought them all funky uniforms n hi-viz jackets with shit plastered all over them, liveried vans with "community messages/info" plastered all over em...............................................lasted 3-4 months an never seen or heard of them since then

i had to look them up, i thought who are these cunts, what is the world coming to lol
none of them have the power of arrest they are all useless
i did see a yellow jacket man arguing with an old lady over dog shit a few months ago, not sure what type of officer that was ..

i have seen a woman warden/officer in a yellow jacket with cctv written on her jacket
they have no power of arrest you don't even have to speak to them
they rely on the fact some folk are scared of a uniform i guess
