Are we seriously still on this crap.... First of Ace Yonder, I never claimed that they were berkley jensens or whatever name brand you mentioned. I never mentioned any name brand other than making a reference to the person asking what my cups were in which I replied I already posted a picture of them in my original post. SO please do not sit there and try and said I said that they were a certain name brand but I showed a picture of something else in my post. Because that is not the case. Btw the picture of the blue cups with western family is not the same bag that I took a picture of with "supposed cups".

You're right, you never said you used Berkley and Jensen. I never said that you did. I said that I thought you were using them. I also said that YOU specifically said you were using Western Family, and you posted a picture of a western family bag, as you say here:

No problem, if you take a look at my first post with pics I took picture of the cups and packaging, they're western family value cups and are 16oz as stated by the packaging. I even pulled them out when first got them and measured 16oz from a measuring cup just to be sure.

But I looked up those cups, and Western Family doesn't make ANY cups that look like yours. The only company that DOES make cups that look like yours is Berkley & Jensen, and they are 18oz. THAT'S why it's a problem. So I am saying that you are CLAIMING to use Western Family, but are in FACT using Berkley and Jensen. Sorry if the apposition confused you.

you two need to get off your horses and try going to a store and actual look at whats really provided. The cups I bought was from one of my local stores that if I were to go into could take a same picture with bag of the cups I have. GOOGLE, or some website is not going to show everything they have. they show generic pictures, not a picture for every single item.

If you seriously think that western family only has blue cups then you must be on something or have not looked very hard.

The issue isn't the color, it's the ridged design. Western Family makes red cups, blue cups, clear cups, but they DON'T make ridged cups in the design yours come in. They just don't.

Week #6 Update - Day 41 from Hot Diggity Sog
The C99 was a male so he has been dealt with in a very unkind fashion.
Pineapple Express and AK48 are both female and have pistols. The Blue Tara has not sexed yet. To be fair, I will post a mid-week update once the Blue Tara does indicate just so I don't have extra days to make my selection decision. Either way, at this point it looks like an eeny meeny miny moe decision as they are all about the same in appearance.

I took a shot of how they look in the tent with my current 12/12 FS experiment. I'm soon gunna have to find a more permanent home for these cups.
In another couple of weeks if you don't hear from me, call for help. I probably got lost in this jungle.

I'm sorry about the whining but she should have to declare it ASAP. Quite simply not fair to have a whole extra week to decide. Rules are rules and the rule states you pick your finalist once they all show their sex... Not one update after they all show sex.

I didn't wait one update and neither have all the others so far that have picked their final one, let's keep it consistent

What I meant was you'd show it with your next regularly scheduled update...if you're coming with an update they've all sexed, you should also come with your decision in hand. If they all show sex in the middle of your week, you may come on here and beak about it, but you don't have to declare on the spot...thats what your scheduled weekly updates are for.

sup fellas. i hate to say, i am out due to a code red. ive been compromised by the pigs due to some kid fighting with his gf and then hiding in my basement. i live in a apartment that everyone knows the deal, very cool with it, but the door to enter doesnt have a lock. some kid running from the cops ran into the basement, the cops ripped open my storage unit seeing it looks like someone could sneak in there (im not going to lie, if i was that girls father and chased him into the basement i would of ripped my shit open too), and found my 400w setup. they took my two 5 month old cold stunted plant and yea. havent heard from them or anything..but am expecting them to come back with a warrant and yea.. had to get rid/hide everything. so yea
ill be watching if the law permits and good luck to the remanding contestants.

one of those not much to say, but clicking the like button would seem wrong. Sorry to hear man. Be safe, the warrant they went for may have been phone tap and FLIR so good call to can it. Edit : meaning just because they don't come to the door, does not mean some kind of warrant was not sought or issued.

That sucks man, I feel for you. I wish you the best, hopefully they realize that it would be wrong to try to prosecute since they weren't looking for plants when they came in. That's why warrants have to include what they are looking for and where they are looking for it. Anyways, I hope everything turns out okay, wishing you the best!

indeed. i think its the only reason ive yet to speak to one. illegal search and seizure is no good for the police. even if granted a warrant...now. anything found COULD be unusable in court but im not trying to push my luck.
