Riots in Baltimore

actually, I'd say that your statement is stereotypical. There is nothing particularly "black" about rioting and looting. The tut tutting from whites is pretty stereotypical.
....remembering the last time the Orioles lost a major championship.....

If black people in this specific community don't want to be perceived as violent criminals who should be targets for police it seems counter intuitive to make a spectacle for all the world to see of violent criminal behavior. It's kind of hard to play the helpless victim card when the reaction to a tragedy is "lets see how much shit I can steal".
the world isn't looking at these protests as examples of a small violent criminal sect in the US .... the world is looking at these protests as American citizens resorting to acts of violence against an oppressive and tyrannical government.

I missd this thanks ^^^ an Balders

doesn't this just say alot about how police treat people.."I'm safe in an armored vehicle, yet I'm going to go out of my way to pepper spray these people who can't do shit to me.."

Really says something about the state of affairs when gangs with a 30+ yr feud decide to put aside their differences and band together for a common cause. This probably has the Police scared more than anything.

Your prediction from this is "more restrictions"

If this turns out not to be the case, will you have a change of opinion?
My prediction was pertaining to the destruction of property, "rioting" and so forth. If it continues, the response will be force, curfews, etc. or "more restrictions" .

The people peacefully protesting the police violence have my support. It's long overdue.

I'm not advocating violence, but if somebody wants to seek justice, they should direct their anger towards the individuals that harmed them. In other words the pig / thugs that broke the guys neck, should be held responsible. How that should be done is a different story. Stealing shit and burning cars does not address that. It does draw attention though.

I'm not sure if I understand your question regarding my opinion though. More information can help me form an opinion, but I'm not likely to endorse needless violence on either side of this issue.
