Hey so I'm growing indoor and I'm not sure if the plant looks healthy. I'm new at this and I want to make sure that the plant is healthy and I didn't waste all the time I put into this plant just to find out I messed up. Please help me make sure the plant is in good condition

She looks ok but don't give any nutes for the first 3 weeks. It looks reslly wet make sure you are letting it dry out a lot, you can search how much. A lot of folks use MH lights for a baby but she would be fine with a 6500k cfl for now, search how close. What she needs is 75f temps, set light distance and to be allowed to dry between watering

I'm using a plant light that throws of a little heat and just in case I also got a 150w CFL light. Are these lights good enough for the plant to grow nice and healthy and what are nutes? Sorry I'm new to this lol

Get a book. Any of several general cannabis growing guides... read it cover to cover in the next week or two... you are already too far in for your level of knowledge. Like knowing nothing about cars, and opening your transmission and saying "Does this look OK?"

Until the plant is over 1ft+ in height, that 150w CFL is a great light. (If its 150w real, not 150w 'equivalent'... which is like 40w) You can have the CFL provide enough light of the right color, and be mere inches away w/o burning the plant...

Always provide as much info as possible when asking for info/help/advice etc.

Things to include... what soil is it in, how often are you watering, whats the water source, air temp/humidity levels, whether its auto or photo flower..... better you let us know your grow, the more accurately we can help :)

Odds are the plant is fine, make sure its only getting plain water for now, the dirt should have enough nutrients in it to make it thru.... well pretty much thru the whole veg cycle if its any bagged grow mix...

For real tho, best thing you can do for you and your garden, is invest the $12 in a cultivation bible of some kind... most of the stuff will be throw away out dated guerilla grow shit, but the rest is what you are after. The life cycle, the pest prevention, disease control, nutrient and Ph requirements, differences between soil n hydro growing, how much of what color lights when, and why..... the more you know, the better you'll grow. First time you harvest 6+ ounces of 20%+ THC buds, you will stop regretting the time and $12 you spent on the book.

Thanks for your help you gave me a lot of good info. I will try to be detailed oriented when asking for help. The light I'm using is a plant light build at 120 watts and the other light I'm holding just in case is 100 watts but equivalent to 150 watts. For now I turned of the lights so the plant don't get too dry and over fed with light. I think it's a good idea because just like outdoor growing the sun does go down so I took that in consideration that my plant needs to work the same way. The soil I know is perfect L, I definitely did my research on that. When the plant gets bigger should I change the light to a different or stronger bulb? And I've feeding regular but after I made sure the Ph level is between 6.5 to 7. If it's not I alter the water to make sure it is. How long does it usually take for the plant to start growing in bud?

Do I have to use stronger lights as it gets bigger

You can't just decide to turn off the lights you need your lights on a schedule. For now you should run 18 hours on and 6 hours off, using a timer not by hand. If your plant is stressed it is good to move it back from the light, or shade it if that's not possible. I don't use cfl but I would guess 18 inches would be safe but use your hand to test no intense light, no noticeable heat, that is where a stressed plant should be. Sometimes the bottom leafs won't recover but you notice the top of the plant turn toward the light, that means she's reactive again so move her inches away from cfl. ( i dont use cfl ever so google it)... By the way I like to use google to search rollitup it works better for me than the forum search. You do that using the site: keyword in google search like so...
site:rollitup.org cfl distance new sprout

It sounded like you said feed them as in nutes in the water.. Don't do that or it could runt out your plant, stop immediately, not for first three weeks or longer if stressed/stalled. Also pH is 6.5 to 6.8 I use 6.7 just in case my oakton pH reader is off a digit, it is a great meter tho. Anyway stoned and tired. My friend unless you get things right and leave her alone she won't recover but even if she doesn't as mentioned above start reading you can grow pounds easily man. If you like hands on management try coco, google ask ed coco guide.
