Get a book. Any of several general cannabis growing guides... read it cover to cover in the next week or two... you are already too far in for your level of knowledge. Like knowing nothing about cars, and opening your transmission and saying "Does this look OK?"
Until the plant is over 1ft+ in height, that 150w CFL is a great light. (If its 150w real, not 150w 'equivalent'... which is like 40w) You can have the CFL provide enough light of the right color, and be mere inches away w/o burning the plant...
Always provide as much info as possible when asking for info/help/advice etc.
Things to include... what soil is it in, how often are you watering, whats the water source, air temp/humidity levels, whether its auto or photo flower..... better you let us know your grow, the more accurately we can help
Odds are the plant is fine, make sure its only getting plain water for now, the dirt should have enough nutrients in it to make it thru.... well pretty much thru the whole veg cycle if its any bagged grow mix...
For real tho, best thing you can do for you and your garden, is invest the $12 in a cultivation bible of some kind... most of the stuff will be throw away out dated guerilla grow shit, but the rest is what you are after. The life cycle, the pest prevention, disease control, nutrient and Ph requirements, differences between soil n hydro growing, how much of what color lights when, and why..... the more you know, the better you'll grow. First time you harvest 6+ ounces of 20%+ THC buds, you will stop regretting the time and $12 you spent on the book.
