I had some kind of Vietnamese cow blood soup once. I didn't know what those little red cubes were so I ate one and then I asked the waiter what it was and he told me cows blood! I wasn't so much grossed by the thought, I mean, I love a bloody ass steak. It just didn't taste good and had a weird texture.Here's another one for ya.

Too sweet. When I was a kid a friend's abuela used to make it from baker's cocoa and the rest of the spices with just a tiny pinch of sugar to cut the cocoa bitter. Trust me it was fantastic, I make it like she did and you would like it. The commercial brands of mole are like sugar, hence, crap.
