Just treat it like any other seed. Plant in some soil and let it sprout.
Domes, paper towels and all that are not needed.

I've never used a heat mat or humidity dome and never had a problem. Just plant it in your medium that will stay at room temp and make sure the medium stays moist, not soaked.

Dude I'm on my first grow, I experimented different types of germination... I tried using 3 different pot sizes and all 3 are doing fucking great 2 1/2 months later. One fell face down because I was watering her hammered as fuck, she stalled for roughly 1 week during veg but once she healed, she grew like hell. Long story short, they're called "weed" for a reason, it'll pull through regardless of the germination method. It'll pull through with whatever the pot size.

I don't see domes in nature. Humidity domes can cause them to dampen off.
The only time a dome is needed is for clones?
Since you suggested it, why use one?

Domes help if your using rooting plugs. Helps keep them from drying out as fast.
That my dome is only over the tray for 4 or 5 days. As soon as they germinate i plant the plugs into solo cups. And the dome comes off. No heating pad no special light.
Yea that was the whole problem. My heat mat was too hot and all the condensation in the dome plus the heat was causing the tap root shrivel and die. Very little success. I had maybe 2 plants that lived. I took the heat mat away and now all my seedlings look beautiful.

Not really.
I rarely use domes on clones but at times are needed.

Its silly that you say that. It totaly depends on the enviroment. If there is plenty of humidity in the air maby a dome is not necessary. In some climates it most certanly is a must. It definitely keeps me from adding water to my plugs before tjey germinate. Also what makes you think that if water is condencing on the dome it isnt doing the same on the plants?
It would have to be condensing on the plant. All my tap roots were turning a yellow color and more than likely drown

Was the heat on the roots. To much humidity causes condensation when it runs down the plant the the soil/plug stays saterated whare it hits the stem and causes it to rot/mold aka dapen off. I dont agree whith what whitebb said abought the domes but he nailed it there lose the heat pad unless your germinating in a cool envitoment like a basement
You could put them directly into solo cups to keep them from drying out to fast and skip the plugs.
