So I've almost finished building my prototype aero cloner. Literally need to fit the sprayer nozzles when they arrive and fully watertight my unit.

Unfortunately I didn't take pics as I went along. Mainly because I was scratching my head looking at bits of pipe and shit

Will take pics in a very short while of where I'm upto with this one. And in the very near future I will be doing a step by step guide. (basically building a slightly better v2.0

Feel free to show off any of your handiwork guys. I would love to see your ideas.

Some damn fine work there Colanoscopy. I can't wait to get mine finished. I need to go to the hardware store but it's 30 minutes away. Might treat the Wifey to some Coffee and use that as a reason to justify going... "Oh hey, we are already out getting coffee, lets run by the hardware store lol"

I went to the hardware store (Used wifey and I getting coffee as an excuse to make the trip lol) And I couldn't find any 3/4" ID tubing (flexible) so i'll have to order some.

Oh well, coffee was good and we got out of the woods for a bit.

So my cloner is on hold for the moment.

I used 15mm PEX pipe. Hoping it will take the sprayers if not it will be back to the hardware store fir me too lol. I had to bribe the Mrs to come too yesterday with the promise of food ha. And you'll get to the cloner when the time is right dude. Cheers btw took a lot of effort cos it was the first one. But it's easy enough to knock them up

Still need to watertight it. But in all honesty I think I'm just gonna use the manifold in a different box with a flat lid. Lesson learnt. DSC_0883.JPG
It sprays as it should by the way perfect and even just can't watertight the boxes I got.

Nice looking rig. I have a simple 5 hole cloner in a five gallon bucket. I run my pump 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off. What kind of schedule do you use?

I've still not used it mate. Only on my 2nd run growing. But have a few nice strains in my stable I wanna cut from :) I was honestly going to go straight 24h to start with and dial it down bit by bit till I figured my own designs sweet spot. I could tell you 1 on 4 off but I'd only be speculating and I wouldn't want someone to use my bodge numbers as fact. If anyone else can chime in and give what cycles they use. It will be good to see any similarities/variations between everyone's rig.

Any pics of your 5 gal bucket? What size pump? How many sprayer heads etc mate?

Let me look for pictures. Not sure on pump size. I bought two pumps and can't find the stronger one, so it isn't spraying like I want it to. The spray tip is just a 360 tip from Lowes.

I posted some pictures on another guy's thread about a DIY tote cloner, but I can't find the thread. Here is the You Tube vid that I used as my guide. Mine is just like that one, except I didn't put a spot in the center.

I watched the same video when I was starting mine mate. I know the type is that on a single sprayer?
