In Physics classes we learned theory but also tested those theories in lab classes. Same with other classes I took, including Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry. They all combined lectures with many more hours of lab classes. In those lab classes we recorded observations, conducted tests and took measurements that confirmed the theory we were taught. Science is founded on the tension between theory and observation.
Yes, question everything but seek answers with a open mind. You question we've been to the moon without reviewing the evidence. Using a telescope one can see the trash we left there, including the flag that was planted there. It's quite right to question but what you describe is doubt without reviewing the facts.

You have me there. I can't train my telescope to see the moon landing trash. I can see images from a telescope but not mine and not one on earth, not even Hubble. NASA does have an orbiter stationed in orbit around the moon and it has recorded images of the landing sites, buggy tracks and stuff left behind.
I find it amazing that people doubt the moon landing happened.
Do you doubt that we have satellites in orbit around the earth too?

I find it funny how people just buy how all the moon landing data got lost or was it erased ?? Biggest feat of mankind and we lost all the data on it. GTFO Oh do tell why we never or anyone else has been back. I have plenty more questions if you serious

We brought back physical evidence in the form of hundreds of pounds of rocks that are distinctly different from earth rocks. They contain the same minerals as earth but their form is different.

I know you are just joking about the flat moon but the moon rocks do contain difference from earth rocks. From the very beginning when the crust started to form, earth and moon were similar in appearance but the moon contained practically no water and had lower gravity than the earth. These two factors affected the way crystals formed in the rocks.
People have found meteorites on earth that came from the moon and they can tell the difference between them and other meteorites. It takes a specialist but not necessarily a NASA scientist to tell the difference.

why not go all in on woo-woo science and claim we are just a dream? Just a story imagined by a supernatural being. As in the beginning of the Silmarillion. I'd believe that before believing the earth is flat with a wall encircling it and an impenetrable dome covering it. If we never landed, what did this? Photoshop? Is the whole space program fake? Why do you find the damaged/lost data claim so suspicious?
They federal records cover about 25 million cubic feet, with an additional 500,000 cubic feet added yearly. They don't even use barcoding or computerized tracking. When something gets checked out, they leave a single piece of paper in its place. Hell, back in 2007 the sprinklers went off, and soaked 16,000 boxes. Over 140,000 Apollo tapes were checked out between 1979 and 1985. Given no central administrator or database existed to track what came into and out of NASA, it doesn't seem shocking shit got lost.
