Some Ford ads ran over a right wing video, and Ford had a shit fit. You Tube over reacted, and placed lots of restrictions on videos, and more so on what can be monetized. Lots of thru hikers help fund their hike with You Tube ads, and it has really hurt the class of 2018 AT hikers.
