Yea, I like the short fat indica hybrids, easier to manage if you have a low ceiling .
Don't even need a net for support ;)
Chopped 2 of the 4 Sensi Star 2s this morning in the sunshine and I'll do the other 2 in morning..... too many nosey neighbours are in from work now lol

Nice looking good. I'm unsure if I wanna dry trim or wet trim yet. Its gonna be my first harvest, I live in a somewhat humid climate but I'm in my basement, was thinking of hanging the whole plant for 2 days, then cutting the stems and hanging them individually trimming off bigger fans after that.

I'd high humidity too, one small bit of mould so far, touch wood.
I like to dry mine after removing all fans and a rough trimming, sometimes use a heater in there too but whatever works for you.

Do you have your extraction fan on at all when drying?

Try both. I've settled on wet trimming myself. Easier and less time-consuming, and though I know a lot of folks say dry trimming gives a better end product, I don't notice any difference in final quality.

Im not too worried about time consumption, Im sure ill enjoy the first couple trims before it gets too tedious and annoying. I just want to make sure to get a good slow dry.

I have a drying box 3x3x3 I built that controls the time it takes to dry with openings I open or close to speed up or slow down drying. Slow dry makes for smoother more flavor end product. I cut plants down into branches and remove all leafs without trichomes and hang until dry. Then trim it all once dry. Then i put entire plants harvest into 1 big 3 gallon glass jar, between 6-9oz. Let them in the big jar until under 60% humidity on cigar meter. Alot less smell trimming dry then wet.

I use to wet trim for over 10 years but it much easier and faster to do in 2 stages with dry trimming and less monotonous. I notice no difference in end quality if dryed same amount of time comparing wet vs dry trim.

Mold wise I've never had mold form after harvest always before when plants are alive. Usually it's only on the short squat forearm size top buds if it happens, ive only had it happen hand full of times in almost two decades. Cut that all out and discard into trash pile.

I'm not disputing your results, but I am having a hard time grasping how your two-stage wet/dry trimming is faster than a straight wet trim? But maybe I'll try it next time to see for myself.

I honestly do feel like the quality is better. It for sure smells more. Like I said tho it’s my opinion and I also prefer it because I don’t have to trim it all at once. I just hang and dry then put it in ice chest and jars, trim as I need to.

Wet trim is harder to trim scissor wise which slows process down if I had to guess why. Properly dried flowers the leaf practicly feels off as soon as scissors touch them. So wet trim might take 1.5 hours to trim 8 oz but 2 stage takes 15 minutes for initial wet fan and no trichomes leaf removal and 45-60 minutes for final dry trim. So breaking up the stages really makes it seem faster since its smaller chunks of time, takes the monotony away.
