Read to fast thought you said soil but when I first started growing didn't have good enough lights for indoor grow and the plant stretch. So I use foil to reflect light from sun

That don't work. White paint is as good as you'll get.

Don't water at the base. Go out a little further, towards the edge of the pot but not at the edge, so the roots have to search . Big ass pot for a little plant

I do the same with seedlings no matter pot size. Make em reach to get the water

I use ocra film In my rooms or just flat white paint

I always use my cack to poke holes in the soil for better aeration... Guessing I'm the only one? I go in dry, btw. Fertilize and aerate while getting off. Can't beat it (no pun intended)
Anyway, got about a pound using that method and trichs upon trichs
