With the bovedas as well. My belief is just like cigars the pack is not meant to contact the product in long term storing. Which is why the Humidors run a separate spot for the pack. Bovedas touching the product may lead to loss of smell. Hence allot of people saying Bovedas ruin the smell in long term storage.

That's not my experience at all with bovedas, I've kept them in jars up to 20 months and still keep that sweet smell about them. once I store them the boveda is at the bottom of the jar. not sure if that makes a difference? but yeah I've never noticed any difference in aroma but I understand the logic with humidors having a separate chamber like the vault containers do.

just wanted to share this, Blue OG never ever disappoints! heavy heavy dense buds that are all bent at least 45 degrees each branch requires support just covered in trichs and super sticky on anything it touches. the smell is truly awful kind of like a overripe apple mixed with purifying rubbish and from experience with other strains like kosher and dinachem that's a real good thing:hump:
I'm gonna say 7-10 days on her. if shes anything like last years she will be special. chemdawg#4 is another one I'm excited about shes slow and heavy but coming on.

He knows his organics, im still trying to learn more
this was my first fully organic grow, worms in my pots, em, silica, aged fully composted manures made the biggest impact on mine. I was fortunate enough to be guided by gangagirl420 through this. look in the local trading post for black gold (aged manure) local farmers will compost it and sell it to you, I got all mine from a local sheep farmer who kindly delivered a whole load of composted cow and sheep shit to my place cheap,
and my soil would be about 60 to 70 percent composted manure. GOOD SHIT!!!!
do not under any circumstances use fresh manure as soil it must be fully broken down and run clear when watered, you will burn your roots, kill the microbes and worms and destroy your plants,

no from what I've read that's a really bad idea, cuz you wont get a cure on, they go dry and theres no cure from the research I've done. am I off track here? because that's how I've always done it.
My shits pretty much dry. I dry 100 percent stick in Ammon boxes an bury.

Otherwise I get mould an a shit taste an smell

I just ordered some I’ll stick em in anyway see what happens fuck it

I have been watching this Mr. Canucks Grow on YouTube for curing tips and rosin pressing (ordered a 4 ton press) But @redeyedfrog is onto it
I’m running a diff op mate I don’t keep anything in the house fkn suicide that shit

I don’t give a fuck bout curing to be honest I just dry it 100 percent then stash it. If you don’t you get mould it’s thats simple.

I ordered a few packs I’m just gonna chuck em in an see what they do

to be honest I only got mould twice in two jars about 5 years as go, had to blast them into oil, I think the difference is I used to put them in my wine cellar which is constantly cool and I'm thinking the cooler temps were the issue because once I started storing in cupboards at room temp above ground I never saw mould again. that's the only variance I can account for.

Same

When I dry 100 percent I add like an apple or potato peel few hours before consumption
I love apple peel I've done it before for fun it adds a sweetness to the smell imo, I 8sed to use mandarin peel back in my smoking days to keep my pouch moist.
