average harvest for grow space

would it be possible to pull more then 4/6 OZ in a 2x2 space or would you say 6 is pushing the limit

i know there is allot of veritable that will determine end harvest amount so lets say this one

300w good led scrog plus decent stain with perfect growing environment 2x2 space. what would you expecting

300w is way too much "good led", unless you're talking blurplee, and if that's the case then 300w is ok.... If they were trully good LEDs i wouldn't go over 140W

back to the subject... welll... 6 Ounces should be doable, but not easy-pz

Yeah nothing is a given.
But if you have enough light, the right environment and train a plant to fill the space and keep it healthy 6oz is a reasonable figure.

a 260w qb with two boards would fit in that space. would running that much light in the size space just bleach the plants @ 18 inches

You would get light stress.
HLG don't lie about their boards coverage. A HLG135 is plenty for a 2x2 space.

I’ve just harvested 11oz dry from my small 60cm x 60cm x 150cm single plant scrog grow with a 250w HPS if that helps. 70 days veg 90 days flower.

You will get the best yeilds when the temps etc are right. I've easily pulled 15+ zips out of a 4x4 using a vert 600w. I've also pulled 24zips off one plant in a 1mx1m using a 600w, scrog grow. Really long veg time.

It all comes down to how you do it .

a 260W QB would be more than enough for a 2x4... Which is double what we have here. 260W of LEDS of such quality would definitely end up being WAAAAY TOO MUCH light and be counter productive.

It would also be HOT AS HELL in there, lol

How?

I got 14 ounces in a badly LST'd grow with 270w of bridgelux eb gen 2, which are known to be a tad lower in efficiency when compared to the chips used in QBs

If you have 2x2 of well lit canopy and all things are perfect the whole grow and you have a great strain that yields well in the given situation I would say that 9 ounces would be a doable number. I am basing this on the fact that in a 4x4 tray using a SoG I used to pull a little over 2 pounds. So divide that by 4 and you get about 9 ounces. So 4 square feet of canopy CAN yield 9 ounces.

Height can also be a limitation... you can fit a lot more weed if they have space to grow vertically

Very true, one of the biggest battles in my years of growing has been keeping short plants and trying to get a large yeild. My first grow veg-flower w/ my qbs has been awesome and already alot taller than my usual plants. Im running a hlg 240h 2100 driving 4 qb120s, abd 2 cheap 4ft 25w bars. I still have alot to learn but ive pulled 4 ounces off a 2x2x2 with dollar store bulbs in the past , so i could see 9 with the right setup.

only vertical growth i let my plants do is the 2 weeks stretch but most the time i work that in to the scrog net
maybe i will start letting my plants grow more vertical

Nothing more than luck, Certainly isn’t my vast knowledge and experience, as that doesn’t exist!

lol fucking running around the house trying to find glass jars to cure in as the 8 mason jars I had weren’t enough. Out here with bud in ovaltine jars and kenco coffee pots lol already let my mate fill up his dolmio pasta sauce jar because I haven’t got anywhere else to store it. Good problem to have I guess lol

my last harvest I pulled 1.3 lb, from a 4x4 tent, with a 1k hps, and 1 plant, strain was gg4!

anything is possible! I had ppl betting me their wife I wouldn't pull a single P, and yet I pulled 1.3

I'm actually shooting for for 1.6 - 2 pounds on this round, I have a bigger sip this time, and running 2 plants, same exact scrog!

and to be honest, it's actually a 4x8 tent, but I'm only using half of it, so not still a 4x4 lol

2 pounds is a very doable number but you probably needed to veg them a little longer to hit that level. A few days can make a big difference.

Well, with one QB288 at 135w, if you pull a gram per watt that's 135g or about 4.76 oz, which should be fairly doable.

I run a 2x2.5 tent with a 250 watt LED light.(50 watts per square foot)
It produces about 250 to 300 grams every 4 months.
