Thanks, mate. Definite fire. Though Bodhi's Blueberry Hashplant and Sunshine Daydream are even better with the SSDD being the most potent cannabis I've ever had nudging out the original BroGrimm C99 F1.
Did you get a chance to grow out dream beaver?

I had a pheno of that which was seriously powerful bud. Wasn't the nicest smelling bud. Kind of like a strong haze smell with a skunky funkiness to it. But by Jesus was it strong.

Where is the best place to buy bodhi gear these days?

The bud still looks like it's going to be very nice.

My current plant. Although I'm super stoked with it, it looks shabby as. Had quite a few issues with it right from the beginning. I would consider myself a seasoned grower as well and normally pride myself on how healthy I keep my plants all the way through but hey sometimes these things just happen don't let it get you down.

I don't know if any of you know the story but back when greenpoint first started out I grabbed a pack of sky pilot. One plant I found was basically a perfect chemdawg. I loved that plant. I lost the cut in a shutdown.

Ever since I have been searching through greenpoint gear trying to find it again. Hoping the stardawg male would throw out something like that again.

With most strains being quite good but never anything that could match the plant I lost I persevered through pack after pack.

I'm happy to report the search is over. I can finally move on to some other breeders.

It was a long haul but I couldn't be happier with the plant I found. I'm yet to smoke it but if it's 2 sisters are any gauge potency won't be an issue.

The only downside is this girl is going to go about 14 weeks from flip. but her heavy yield means I will have minimal veg times to get great results so it will even out in the end.

She also had a really rough trot this round with a faulty ph pen giving me loads of issues. It seemed to be calibrating correctly but was giving faulty readings and I didn't pick it up early enough. Also the fact her two sisters finished up a lot earlier her feed strength was lowered mid flower which she didn't like. But despite all that she has blown me away.

I really can't wait to reveg this girl. Take some cuttings and get a better run with her so I can dial her in nice. I think she can do even better than she has.

Even with such a bad run I have had to tie her up because she Is struggling under her own weight. All the lowers dropped to the floor and had to be propped up. The main branches were sagging so heavily she was splitting her stems and falling over. I'm in love. There is just something about that pure chem stench that I can't get enough of.

Hope so. I'll be disappointed if its not a good smoking pheno as i have a few clones of it in earlier stages.

Every year i seem to get lazy as fk over winter. Totally my fault being a lazy cunt. I had a mite issue about 4 months ago and decimated the population. Checked every night for a week- not a mite. Stopped checking , did not do any insect control etc and bam. Interesting that they prefer one plant over all the others. Ive heard it before but its the first time ive seen it.

I have still never had the little buggers in my life touch wood. Wouldn't even know how to deal with them.

So half of this is a little embarrassing but I'm pretty proud of myself so thought I'd share it.

Might encourage any body else who is struggling to find the motivation to get up and get started too.

6 months ago I split up with a chick. Had to rip all my plants. Fell in love with another chick. Then the other psycho one tracked her down on Facebook and sabotaged the fuck out of my relationship through Facebook messages and basically split us up. So I lost her too. Also had to pack up all my lsd and everything else because she was threatening to report me to the cops.

Basically I got mega depressed. Spent the last 6 month's drinking piss, taking drugs and eating takeaway food.

The result was not pretty.

6 months later. I got my lsd back which always kills off depression. Got my girl back. Got a grow nearly finished.

And for the last 2 week's I have been back in the gym. The turnaround has been incredible for just 2 weeks. Lost 5kgs and my body shape has gone from hunched over tubby depressed guy back to a fit healthy looking posture.

20190930_170418.jpg

Can you believe that's only 2 weeks? 2 more weeks I should be in better shape than I was before all this shit went down.

Loving life right now.

Also if anybody is struggling with depression I can't stress enough how helpful mushrooms and lsd can be.

This years been the first time ive had them. Its easy to control their numbers with White oil and things like Neem and predator mites. but it takes a dedicated system to totally get rid of them once u have them, a shut down and bombing is probably the easiest way but as im rotational perceptual it would be a pain in the arse and im always playing in the garden at home trying to keep shit 1/2 respectable so it would only be a matter of time before something hitched a ride back in.

Sama Sama

My greenhouse got a clearout this arvo, but still looking awful. The weeds absolutely LOVE the nutrient-rich runoff from the pots I had in there last season.

The "dog cage" is also in need of a jolly-good rogering with glyphosate:

In the foreground is a lemon tree that I started from seed last year.

I'm kinda with Ripley here.......

In my defence, I wanted to concentrate on getting rid of a "small" burn-off pile this weekend that's been sitting around for a few years before fire restrictions start...

About 10m x 6m x 3m deep.

In an "altered state", can anyone else perceive evil eyes in this photo?DSCN2159.JPG

"Almost" the end. I created a secondary pile by hand & the next door neighbour came over with his backhoe & pushed the last of the big bits onto it last night.

Now I don't have to worry about snakes........Ha! Famous last words.....

No, the only Bodhi gear I've got experience with is Superstitious, BBHP and SSDD.
I've found all three are not loud on the nose, very pleasant but mild terp profiles.
But all damn potent with the SSDD being the clear winner there.

I only ran a few seeds of each though, only had one female each of SS and SSDD and two of BBHP.

I've got another Bodhi order coming now from Great Lakes Genetics with Black Triangle, Soul Mate and Dream Lotus. There or JBC seeds are best IMHO.

She's definitely a beauty, mate! I can smell them chem from here.

I think GPS is (or has) released Stardawg F2s now.

Black triangle is one that's always interested me

I think I'm done with GPS. I have loads of his seeds but all I was really after was that one plant I have now. I knew his male could give it to me it was just a long search.

Realistically though unless he finds a different interesting male to work with then he doesn't really have much more to offer me.

Back to some bodhi gear for me for now. I'm going to be doing a lot more f2's and my own crosses as well. Seems to me based on this little experiment if you like something it's worth doing an f2 and see what pops up. Can be some serious surprises for sure.

Yeah Triangle Kush seems to make fire crosses and paired with Bodhi's stud G13/HP male it would be hard to go wrong.

I ran Cookies N Chem and didn't get a keeper but it was pretty nice.
However, I think I'll be putting my resources/time into other genetics.
I have an unopened pack of Jelly Pie I may run one day or trade off.

Agreed about the F2s, I never made them previously but I will be this next round.
Like you say you can unlock some real gems, I regret not doing it with past genetics.
