Critique my DWC nutes lineup please

I've read loads of stuff and I'm 100% certain that I don't need fancy products, so I've narrowed things down to:

Maxibloom (would have used Mega Crop but I've heard the latest formula isn't as good as the old)
Potsil

Possibles (but not sure if I need):
Cal-mag
H202

Could I have your thoughts?

That looks good, if your tap water is about 180ppm to start you can prob get away without the calmag. Another recommendation for some good priced dry nutes is the jack's pro hydro and jacks pro cal-nit. Good stuff for cheap!

You are right. You don't need all the bullshit being marketed out there. I don't even want to think on how much money I pissed down the drain over the course... It was fun experimenting, but I prefer organic methods now and let nature do its thing.

One of my old time favs was pk 13/14. It's usaully cheap too.

Hey man. My PPM is below 1. Comes up as “0072” on the meter and 0144 EC (0.144). pH is about 7.5-8.

When i used Lucas with Gen micro and bloom I did 5/10 so lower then the 9/18 that they recommend.I used 4 grams epsom per 12 gallons. My tap is 150ppm.I used 12ml 29% per 12 gallon h202 twice a week.I also used 3ml ph up per 12galllon to help stabilize pH.
Seamed to work OK.Pending on the strain.

I haven't had to ph up with Lucas. When I mix the 2 parts my solution is usually 5.5. Then it usually rises as long as there's no root problem. Most say its better to let it drift up so that way most of the nutrients become available for consumption.

I would start low at say 2-3 grams a gallon with maxi, calmag 1-0-0 to give more N,If you see the edges of leaves burn back down its too much p-k.

Adding just a little ph up reduced the amount of ph down i needed, dont know the science behind it but my ph would rise so much that i had to use a lot.Perhaps it was that my ppm was low so the acid had nothing to grab onto?

Your ppm is 72 and your ec is 0.14. Meters are confusing. My meter says 1500 for ec. It is just the way it is scaled. When I tell people my ec I would say it is 1.5. Ppm is 700 something with at 1.5 ec.

UPDATE:

I’m only using GH Maxibloom and Liquid Silicon (as a pH up but it obviously doubles up as a perfect plant nute).

Plants are growing okay - slower than I thought but that’s more about me expecting them to turn into trees within two weeks :D

Your nutrients should have ph buffers

Seems more to me like it would be that your ppm is low and there's not enough buffer to control the ph.

Yes,thats what it was.The strain i had didnt like the Lucas if i went to high in ppm.

Oh ok... that kinda sucks.. what do you use for ph up?
Ive tried both with success ,armor si and gh ph up.Ive since switched to a more complete mix allowing a higher ppm thus more buffers.I wont be using Lucas anymore lol.

I use gh ph up and down, but I rarely have to use them since switching to Lucas. It's good for first time growers because it's simple. Lucas took my badly deficient plant in veg, to a pretty good harvest. I would run it again with the strain I have but I'm going to go with jacks 321 on my next run. I've heard jacks controls ph pretty well also.
