Trump is going to lose in November

I saw a bit yesterday on Trumps chances and since Biden has been polling way above Hillary and Trump did nothing to expand his cult

Biden easily wins and Trump and his cult cry constantly

Florida can't run an honest election, not even if their lives depended on it. A 2% advantage to Biden in opinion polls isn't enough. I concede Florida to Trump though I think Biden would win in an honest election where every valid voter could vote if they wanted to.

Texas? lulz. That goes to Trump too. You know nothing, Nova Scotia boy.

Same with Georgia, another "contested" state.

Pennsylvania is the linchpin that most strongly favors Biden. If it falls his way, Trump is toast and I like Biden's odds there. We might have to wait a day or so to know for certain, so get yourself stocked up with distractions or go somewhere where you can't access the news until Friday.
Hey they are up in the air foggy, even the experts and pundits can't say, the turn out is amazing in Texas, something is making the republicans nervous there! I believe Biden will win and there will be a senate majority, we just don't know the magnitude of the victory, if it's big we will know early, if not we will wait.

LOL, Nova Scotia boy. thats funny. He hasn't a clue! You know it FD, you know the real deal with Texas. It is so corrupt with too much gerrymadering it will always go red . IT should have been blue years and years ago. There are so many dems in the city's with plenty of votes to go Blue ,,,but its corrupt! Look at those assholes that tried to run the Biden bus off the highway. That is just the tip of the iceberg. That state is fucking Fucked up.

I swear some of you Americans have got your spirits broke, of fucking course they are as corrupt as Satan in Texas and Florida too, and they will cheat if they can, they always do, this is not new. The difference is Trump applied Jim Crow to white America and over played his hand. We will see if there is something new under the sun in Texas, Florida is close, but things on the ground have changed in Texas. Donald is down in Alabama FFS and that's right next door to the redneck Riviera!

Donald shattered the solid south! This is my prophecy!

BTW the democrats only need 9 seats to take control of the Texas house, redistricting is next year and Texas is heavily gerrymandered. This is probably more of a source of panic among republicans in Texas than Trump's fate, voting rules are on the ballot too if the democrats win the state house. There is a senate seat up for grabs too, but Cornyn is up by 7 and is probably safe. Make no mistake the GOP is desperate in Texas and we see it by their actions, new registrations and younger voters have got them worried, as does the massive turnout.

Yes it is......
Folks is folks and the polls don't lie, the massive turnout and number of young and new voters has got them worried bigly and it shows, they are worried for a reason. They even tried to limit drive in voting in Texas, drive in voting is a natural fit for Texas, will they have a horseback option next?

After a Trump Train pickup truck rammed a car that was part of the Biden campaign bus's escort and then menaced the bus from behind, Biden's campaign cancelled an event in Austin to prevent further violence.

Narvaiz, Republican Party officaial in San Marcos tweeted a video of the caravan of Trump supporters following the bus Friday and said: “We sent the @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris bus out of Hays! Your kind aren’t welcome here! This is #TrumpCountry.”

Imagine that. A Texas Republican Party official said openly on social media that Biden's campaign will be menaced if it ever appears in Texas again. Imagine if Democrats did that in a blue state? Oh the Humanity!!!

Given their propensity of Texas's redneck's to violently suppress voters who have different views from them, I feel for the people who will be standing in long lines during election day in Texas. That black pickup truck which rammed a Biden supporter's car during in the Biden campaign's convoy might make an appearance in a Democratic district's voting line. Or somebody else's truck will. Some people are crazy down there. That right there is how Trump will win in Texas.

It's infuriating. Texas and other parts of the south are remnants of the plantation society from 150 years ago, where only "the right people" are allowed to vote. Eventually and inevitably, every government and society concedes to the will of the majority but it might get rough down there before the inevitable is realized. I don't understand but I've seen enough to know that Texas isn't a democracy and a lot of their people don't want it. Not yet.

But still,

Trump will lose in November.

I think Texas will be one of the most interesting aspects of this election, the map could be redrawn and even the red/blue paradigm might change. Donald is full of paradoxes and irony, he could end up uniting more than dividing, shattering the solid south would be a good start and a lynchpin for real change.

I am really impressed in the voter turn out here. 2 major senate seat open for grabs this session Coryn (sp) and Rob Roy. It's true Texas is really screwed up overall....Lived here all my life......accord to the latest CNN poll it's only a 2% margin......Will Texas go Blue, right now it's hard to say...

I would like for you to be right and eventually your prediction will be realized but not yet. Texas is heavily gerrymandered. You said it yourself.

There is an interactive tool on 538's website that gives us insight into how much harm gerrymandering does to our democratic processes. This is Texas's current district map for the state's legislature:

With this map, Republicans are safe and they will be in control when the next map is drawn.

Still though, if you access this tool on 538 (link provided here) and eliminate gerrymandering, you'll see that any rational, nonpartisan drawing of district maps still results in Texas staying red. It's a conservative state and while things are changing, not yet.

Being realistic is not the same as pessimistic. What I want is for the elections to be run fairly and that every eligible voter have an easy route for casting their ballot. Let the voice of the majority be heard. After that, if their decision is in opposition to mine, I'm ok with it.

It might not be quite red enough for Donald though, there is a 5 point spread between Trump and Cornyn.

I'm all for the people of Texas choosing the government they want. Texas is not Oregon. I don't want Texas to have a say in my state and I have no interest in meddling with Texas's election. Let the majority rule, within the constraints of our constitution. Radicals on both sides don't seem to understand this.

I don't think Texas will go blue this election. Maybe a few district seats will flip. I do object to how the Biden's campaign bus was menaced and the message that future violence would occur if they continued to campaign there. But I see that as the actions of a few. The main issue I have is that Texas's leaders didn't speak out against it. The days when men settled differences by fighting it out weren't all that great. Not even in Texas.

I remember when the republicans rat fucked Texas and sent the cops after the democratic legislators to form a quorum.
