I agree with HydroKid. Keep the light at 18" the whole grow, with any stretchy tops no closer than 12" and turned toward the outside. I use a TSW which is basically same light as yours but square. I keep that bitch pretty close.

Can u go into a bit more detail. What U mean by turned towards outside

I'm growing my first Autos too. Have you seen my grow? I don't plan to do anything but just pulling out outer branches from main stem. Autos won't put up with much. They just don't have time to recover like Photoperiods. I had fun on my first grow with those. I got to super crop and learned a lot about LST on them too. I'll be concentrating on brewing teas and proper watering for this grow of autos.

Yup I have seen your grow. U told me to pull up a chair. I using soil and looking to use coco. And u doing both. Nice.

IT SAYS 18 inches. My concern is when ? I think Iam in pre flower . If u look at my pics will show pistols. I have autoflowers if that’s makes a dif. I just wanna know when is a good time to make the change

It doesn’t make a diff. Give them as much light as possible.

If you have a budsite taller than the rest, turn it toward the outside of the light pattern instead of having it under the light directly.

Also if you have a newer phone, download the lux app, hold the phone over the tallest budsites. If they're getting over 80,000 lux, raise the light.

I actually have a lux meter so 60000-70000 lux ls ideal for flowering is what your saying ?

Those are good numbers, i even heard a trusted source say anything above 30k is good for flower, but over 80k you need cO2 supplementation or something.
