One of these quantum boards would suit your tent . 240w with dimmer is £175 and better than Mars Ts.
These plants are 4 weeks old. First time using qb and don't know why I didn't convert sooner. Really impressed. Less heat, less noise as fans run quieter. Just all round better lighting.

Picture would help but by what ur saying should be ok I would of thought just top it up and trim bit of the bottom growth if you think it would be sitting in wet coco

This Is her yesterday
Each time I transplant I go up 3x the size.

for example

little cup
Into 4L approx
Then into 11L and switch to flower.

roots do come out of the bottom eventually as that’s where the nutrient runs off and the roots tend to try and go that way but they air prune anyway.

when you next need to transplant into a new pot use this method.

zero stress using this.

No need to transplant. Like I say I would trim her up from the bottom and then top your pot up with coco. Job done.
I didn't really want to start the trim process til flowering stage... I'll keep you all updated when the ladies wake up and I'm gonna have a gentle play around with them and see if I can agitate them up and fingers crossed the new coco will fall in.... I've done this method with other plants 'not cannabis' and been successful so fingers crossed ✌✌
