Defiantly!... Oklahoma does not look the same as it did 5 years ago. I was rolling around yesterday out on deliveries with about 12lbs of weed in my box, and was on the road all day. Took me a while to get used to that, because just 2 1/2 years ago if you got caught with that, your life was over... straight to jail for "trafficking". As a commercial Grower, there's really no limit to how much you can transport (as long as you have your Agent lic), but it's still pretty amazing that now, as a patient, you can have 3oz of bud, 1 oz of concentrate, and 72oz of edibles at one time and you're within the law if you get pulled over (unless you're obviously high, then that's a different story). But even if you don't have a patient card, all's you gotta do is state a medical condition. The only felonies that exist are if you are growing without a patient card, or are not a licensed commercial grower. They will still charge you with "cultivating a schedule 1".
