Any love for vaping through water?

Same here, I drink only on rare occasions. Weed just outclasses alcohol IMO. I wouldn't even be able to drink pure ethanol...but you know, the fact that is considered "food grade" gives me some peace of mind for when I do my extractions and, as you say, tinctures.
I use boiling water to clean just about everything until I get to the bangers. At that point you really need alcohol or something more. Isopropyl is just nasty stuff so I’m on board. Just been lazy haha. Good stuff!

When I go a little overboard with the heat and get a semi-scorched banger insert, I'd use a paste made of white vinegar and baking soda to clean it.
Works very well. I have to agree with you, haha...iso is nasty stuff indeed! I do love dabs a whole lot -my favourite are dry sift rosin dabs.

I used to have vape with a heat gun that fit perfectly into a special bowl made for it, the rest was just a normal water bong. You could add ice and water if you wanted but I rarely did just because of the added work to keep it clean. That sucker hit as good as combustion, probably due to the large quantity of herb that fit in the bowl and the way the heat gun blasted air straight through it all. To this day that was my favorite way to vape, though I do love Volcanoes. I just use a desktop arizer now and am fine with my little hits lol

Was it the Verdamper V1? My gosh, that's a legendary vaporizer! The V2 also hits like a train; the main limitation is its size: the sucker is as far from portable as you could possibly imagine :-). But, now that you make me think about it...you should check out the "Terp Torch" (not sure if they still make it though) and the "Hot Rod" for Sticky Bricks. Very similar concept but instead of using a heat gun, they both use a soldering iron type of thing.

I clean my inserts by holding them in the flame from the torch with reverse tweezers. Cleans them fast.

I used to water cure aftervape and make coconut oil. So much work and if you don’t stir it while cooling you’ll get these pockets of pure insanity.

I’d warned him but had a friend with a real tolerance underestimate it and ended up ‘tripping in his bed for 6 hours.’ Said it was incredible but if he moved he was gonna puke lol. Unpredictable and nasty at best.

The over the counter edibles are so narrow spectrum where AV is the full spectrum, entourage and then some. Perfectly decarboxylated.

Less than 1/2 teaspoon of my hummus with AV put someone who never uses in the bed with dry heaves. I won’t even give noobs this stuff EVER now. I felt awful. Keep some Wana gummies on hand for them.

Less is definitely more. I almost never take more than a couple tea spoons at a time and usually wait 2+ hours for more.

Use it daily and vape/smoke won’t get you high anymore. Trust.

So true.
That's why I generally prefer to make AVB dabs: I can take a little dab and work all afternoon, whereas with edibles...all I can do is roll in bed :)

"All of the active constituents enter the body when cannabis is consumed orally. It has been shown that the primary active component of cannabis, Δ9-THC, is converted to the more psychoactive 11-hydroxy-THC by the liver.[17] Titration to the desired effect by ingestion is more difficult than through inhalation, due to the long onset time for the effects."

This bit is taken from Wikipedia, it says the liver converts delta9 to 11-hydroxy-THC which is claimed to have more psychedelic properties.

I prepared a little guide on AVB and how to use it, you can find it here: https://www.bongify.nl/en/the-complete-guide-on-vaporizer-avb-how-to-use-it

That's a great tip. I sometimes do that as well. I have a bitch of an insert though made of some sort of semi-porous stone/quartz that got heavily scorched and I just cannot clean it, do you have any suggestions? I was thinking some sort of acid...

Looks pretty dope. I heard mixed opinions about it tho.
Take a look at what vaporents on Reddit say https://www.reddit.com/r/vaporents/comments/eccy5p
I myself would probably opt for some Mighty (or Crafty, TinyMight, Glow) plus waterpipe combo...
i really like everything by storz and bickel. i've been a good boy this year so maybe Santa will have one for me. lol.

i do like the compactness of that hydrology. it's not like you have to build an Erector set (kids toy: not sure if they have them over there) to use a vape and a water bong together though.

Haha, yes, absolutely. I know what you mean :). I'm thinking vape+bong so you could have some versatility if you want to vape dry every now and then. I'm not sure if the Hydrology can work dry...probably yes?

Having messed around in the vape space for a while I’d be wondering exactly what’s inside that Hydrology 9.
I always worry about how they are creating the heat/ vape.

One example was that I had an Apollo 2 heater from Dynavap. Shouldn’t even be an issue since the heat source is separate from the part you toke right? Well the heater started melting, but just barely. It was enough to vaporize the silicone in and deposit it on my cap. I could taste it so I inhaled that shit. Immediately sent back and was refunded but I take very few chances anymore. Super easy for them to say oops and no one is going to have sympathy when you say I vape since the cart ones have been stackin casualties.

Especially if it’s new and hype. See if you can find out about the path of vapor and what materials they used. Unless it’s all glass you’re going to taste it. Titanium and SS are usually good to go but if you see silicone or any plastic I’d avoid it.

I’m interested in the Vestratto Anvil but they way they describe it I’m skeptical it’ll work the way they claim.
