When the Ukrainians breakthrough their lines this spring in a blitzkrieg, Russian moral will really start to show as they punch through to their rear cutting them off and start chopping them up into bite sized pieces. Untrained troops with poor communications and no leadership can't maneuver while the Ukrainians can and will. These guys will want to surrender to the Ukrainians.

that's a fucking sickening reply...one motherfucking pissant murderous tyrant can hold the entire world hostage and we're supposed to let him do it or else he might trigger global nuclear annihilation? Fuck that, time to start calling some bluffs. Let's place HUNDREDS of nuclear missiles in countrys that butt up to russia, and thousands of men. stockpile as much ammo and as many missiles that we have that aren't needed elsewhere in poland and moldova, and guard them well...We don't have to go in with guns blazing, but we can and should make it very clear that we're ready to retaliate in minutes to any inappropriate aggression from russia.

Belarusian opposition TG channels report explosions at Machulishchi airfield near Minsk
Several explosions occurred at one of the military facilities in Belarus, some Belarusian and Russian TG channels report this, as well as the WarGonzo project, citing its own sources in the republic. There was no official confirmation of this information.

According to Ukrainian sources, explosions took place at the Machulishchi military airfield near Minsk. Allegedly, one explosion thundered on the night from Saturday to Sunday and two more in the morning. Local residents report two explosions that sounded in the airfield area. According to some reports, a Russian military transport aircraft and snowplows were damaged. What caused the explosions, there is no information.

The WarGonzo project, citing its own sources in the republic, reports that it could have been a "drone attack" similar to that carried out by Kiev on the airfield in Saratov.

At the moment, according to oppositional Belarusian TG channels, there are a lot of military and traffic police crews in the airfield area, cars are being checked. The airfield is used by the Russian Aerospace Forces to accommodate aviationtransferred to Belarus. In particular, it houses the AWACS A-50U aircraft and MiG-31K fighter-interceptors with Kinzhal hypersonic systems.

It is worth noting that recently Ukraine has carried out several attacks on Russian military airfields using drones. Airfields near Ryazan, Kursk and in Engels near Saratov fell under the blows of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, it is not worth excluding the option of attacking the Belarusian airfield by Ukrainian drones. The Belarusian Ministry of Defense does not comment on the incident in any way, as well as the Russian one.

“Probably, as has happened more than once at Russian military facilities, someone again did not comply with fire safety measures and smoked near the side,” the authors of the publication note.

The head of BYPOL, Alexander Azarov, confirmed in a comment to Nasha Niva that Belarusian partisans were involved in the sabotage at the airfield in Machulishche.

The fact that the target of today’s attack on the airfield “Machulishchi” could be the Russian AWACS aircraft A-50 was also reported by “Belarusian Gayun”. According to them, the plane could have been damaged by dropping an unidentified object from a height.

Ukraine to receive $400 million in aid from Saudi Arabia
During the meeting, according to the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, two documents were signed on providing assistance to Kyiv: $100 million in the form of “humanitarian aid” and oil products worth $300 million.

The Office of the President of Ukraine reported on the successful visit to Kyiv of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud. Ukraine will receive real assistance from Saudi Arabia for $400 million. This was written by the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak on February 26, 2023.

The head of the President’s Office noted that during the visit, two documents were signed that formalized the provision of a $400 million assistance package to Ukraine: $100 million in humanitarian aid and oil products worth $300 million.

“We are talking about a joint cooperation program with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center and a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Development Fund,” the head of the President’s Office said.

He recalled that Saudi Arabia supported the UN resolution on sustainable peace in Ukraine a few days ago and thanked for this important step.

Yermak also personally thanked Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud for mutual understanding and for visiting Kyiv.

After meeting with Andriy Yermak, the prince met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and his team.

It should be noted that this was the first official visit of the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia to Ukraine since the establishment of diplomatic relations between these countries, this happened on April 14, 1993.

“I would like to remind you that Ukraine and Saudi Arabia have common challenges and experience in dealing with them. We are talking about Iranian UAVs that have carried out attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia. on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Therefore, we also have common experience in fighting terrorists,” Yermak recalled.

Recall that earlier the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, was an intermediary between the Russian Federation and Ukraine in negotiations on the release of foreign citizens who fought on the side of Ukraine. These are five British citizens, two US citizens, one Moroccan, one Swedish citizen and one Croatian. All of them were kept on the territory of the so-called DPR and LPR, and they were even threatened with execution by the local occupation authorities.
