Day 21 of flower how much defoliation does this monster need ?

I am a new grower 2nd run ‍ I had good results with my last defoliation but this plant is easily double the size I have lots of thin shoots with colas just hitting the canopy any major defoliation underneath removes small colas that I doubt will hold any weight I’ve done a defoliation this morning and watered after some good advice on here ! Should I lollipop more ? Any help would b much appreciated

Even if they have colas ? That just reach the canopy or would I be better letting it focous on the top buds on the decent size stems

The little leaves you left behind all over the bottom. Those are popcorn, or sucker nugs. Remove those. I remove small branches even if they pop through. They don't produce much, and just make spots for pm to develop

I’m not sure about strain I live in a country were everything is pretty hard I’ve been told sour diesel ! I’ve tried ordering seeds online but Australia is not a weed friendly place
