Day 21 of flower how much defoliation does this monster need ?

I am a new grower 2nd run ‍♀️ I had good results with my last defoliation but this plant is easily double the size I have lots of thin shoots with colas just hitting the canopy any major defoliation underneath removes small colas that I doubt will hold any weight I’ve done a defoliation this morning and watered after some good advice on here ! Should I lollipop more ? Any help would b much appreciated

The little leaves you left behind all over the bottom. Those are popcorn, or sucker nugs. Remove those. I remove small branches even if they pop through. They don't produce much, and just make spots for pm to develop
