the lime is a base so that will bring the soil ph up? does that help hold the ph stable when I add ph 6.4 water to the soil?

Yes---it will do a couple of things---1.raise the soil PH. 2. Buffer the soil. 3. add calcium and magnesium to the soil.
Most of Black Gold's potting soils are PH'd to 5 to 5.5---with a look of your plants I would guess your soil to be at 5.1 or 5.2. again-very slight problem.

Not at this time---You are not showing signs of deficiencies--I was just stating what the dolomite lime did.:bigjoint:---we just need to raise your soil PH a little.

This brings my PPMs to about 350---I then add more RO water till the ppms reach 220----Now I check my Ph----It's 5.2 so I add PH-UP till I get to 6.3-----the PH-UP has also raised my ppms so now I'm at 250ppm's with a PH of 6.3. I will now feed the plants-I will feed at least enough that 10% drains out of the bottom of the cups. Now back under the light-------------------easy.

wow thats alot of nutes. i know i can't get all of them. all you guys plants are huge. i'm still on my second set of seeds (all bag seed) because the first set never sproted. the set i'm growing know are a week behine the class. all are growing but are still small only about 1" tall. hopefuly they will be some type of lowrider strain.

thats why we are here ...so we can find out how to spend that money and what it needs to be spent on .you can wast a lot of money on stupid stuff building a go fast car but you can also do it growing smoke .

You don't need all that---I posted it to show what different things do---You could get away with just a dose of iguana juice----or even big-bloom.---There are plenty of 1 part veg nutes.

You so need a few simple tools but you don't have to spend an arm and a leg--The nice thing is that you can pick up things here and their over time. The first 3 weeks of growth we only needed----seeds---soil---cups---water---and light:-P.

The n ice thing is that you can grow medical MJ on any budget from under 40.00 to over 40,000.00 and anywhere in between. Don't limit yourself because you thing you have to have a lot of cash---get the things a little at a time.

Heres a couple pics of where I'm at in my grow.I watered them once at 1 week(yesterday) due to cups being so lite and the moisture meter i bought saying the soil was dry.I watered them untill I got a small amount of run off.
I didn't see this thread untill after I watered or I'd not have,hope they'll be fine.They seem to be doing great.Room 74 degrees,flo lights like you and 24/7 on light time.Growing in soil,water ph at 6.5 and run off water off the cups was about the same.heres a pic or two.8 days old today.






I have 2 trays of babys.Top 2 pics(tray 1) free lenord strain(g-13/butterscotch cross).Tray 2 in bottom pic runnin 2 days behind tray one on popping ground(Chemo cindy,stinky widow.widow cindys.
I added soil to cup tops last night.Hope the watering dont f them up.They seem to be doing great.
