First time grow - PC CASE, DWC, DNA 60 DAYS WONDER.

Yes, you're right. I did give them some darkness 2 weeks ago and I think it helped. Probably is just coz of seeds or something. She is just gonna be late. Thanks anyway

my grow is all set up... But I'm patiently waiting for my genetics. They should be here by the 20th approximately.

heres my setup:

150w for sprouting/sexing.
400w for flowering.
1 oscillating and 1 stationary fan.
germing 10 seeds at a time in hopes of 4 females.
I have room in my closet for 4 waves of 4 plants.
that's 4 waves of 4 autoflowers set at 2 week intervals.

eventually it will be 4 go in, 4 come out.

using the foxfarm liquid 3 pack and blackstrap molasses for nutrients.

would it be in bad taste to start my journal now while I'm waiting for my seeds?

yer setup sounds pretty decent man. I mean are you gonna gron in tent or something ? How big is it? And what are you gonna grow? Gamehenge ? WTF ? lol
 
I'm growing in a closet that's about 6' wide x 7' long x 24" deep I bought a ton of different autoflower strains to keep me set for awhile without having to worry about seed runs... I got 20x himalayan blue diesel, 20x automatic great white shark, 20x lowryder's purple jems, and 40x mixed seeds from short stuff. All automatic baby. Gamehenge is a phish reference... "google". lol.

I'm gonna start some onyx and purple jems right away.

How many litres is the "pot" you use?
How much water do the ladies drink per day?

yo. It's been a while since last update. I was suppose to do it yesterday but I ended up frying lovely afghan kush outside ;)

So I'm on 54th day of grow and two of my ladies let's say are alrite. Lil sis if fully into flower and her hairs are changing color to brown now. I guess she should be ready in a week. Second lady, well honestelly I don't think she has started to flower yet. I can see some lil white hairs but she is growing to tall into lights and coz of it her leafs are burning. I think that's what stopped her from flowering. In fact root mass is so big now that roots can't get enough of oxygen and they are probably choking each other. Oh well.

Conclusion -
Probably monday I'm gonna flush plants for 2-3 days and give them 2 days of darkness also. I'm gonna crop lil sis sometime next week. If bigger lady start to flower this week I'm not gonna do it then. I'll keep them longer.
Moreover I'm more then sure that I made few mistakes. I should have topped big lady two weeks ago that would stopped her from getting burned so I could croped her (bigger yield). I should also get bigger tank because 3L is not good enough for two plants. I mean it was more then sufficient for first let say 5 weeks but now is just nightmare as I need to change water everyday and also there hardly have any room left in it as root mass it's just ridiculous lol

that's totally fuckin awesome. lol. I mean if I'd have space like that I'd be growing lots of pot there lol. Are you commin with grow journal also ?

That's cool. I'd never thought that I'm gonna inspire others in growing pot after visit to cannabis college in amsterdam where guy told me that my pc idea is stupid lol

My reservoir is 3 L now. I always keep 2l of solution there... Well honestelly i think that this kind of tank in not big enough for two plants. Next time if i'm gonna grow in case again i'll go for something bigger. Maybe 5l ? I used to water them about every 3-4 days when they were about 4-5 weeks old. Later every 2-3 days and i have to give them water every day.

I'm looking forward to your grow mate!

how you doing feller long time since iv checked on this.

i see that they are still alive lol but you still having some probs. i was thinking as its nice weather y dont you stick the late flower outside and let nature do its thing? i see there is lil bud on the other 1 but i think its not getting enough light. its all a slow progress. i think with them pc boxs mate u can only grow 1 plant but ayy its all fun and games! how long till u give the first 1 a chop?

It's been a while. Yeah they are still alive lol. Well your idea is good but can I transport plants from hydro to soil ?
 
Hey bro just read your whole thread and yeah its a bummer the probs you been having but hey the first grow is always about learning isnt it? I dont know how you would go about transplanting from hydro to soil but ill see if i can find anything. but if not if it were me I would remove the big one. and let the smaller healthier one finish alone. and charge it to the game. urs is the second jouranal i found on 60 day and at day 54 other guys were def not looking the same. sorry i thought you had rock cubes for some strange reason lol erm.. i wouldnt have a clue mate. cant you make a make a make doo box so u can finish the other 1? or some how make the hydro go outside??

I can fit 22 (1 gallon) pots in there, so since none of my seeds are femmed, i'll probably germ/sprout all 22 pots and hope for 10-12 females. I'll be getting that "flower power" freebie from attitude, so we'll see what that looks like soon ;-).

as, for a journal, I'm going to be keeping one, and taking pictures on my cell phone, but i'll have to get to a friends house to get the pictures from my phone to the internet because I have no internet at home currently... Once it gets turned back on, I'm going to be posting a day-by-day journal with pictures..

Thanks very much for contributing into my thread. I know that grow journal also but I was a bit dissapointed with lack of good quality pictures in it. I think 60 Day Wonder is a good choice for somebody who wants to play with autoflower as they are really fast (comparing to my mates results with auto bluberry). I'm looking forward to your grow.
