Yeah one of my friends is hitting all of the dispenseries trying to test over 100 strains looking for the best to grow, he shares samples with me

im too paranoid to order seeds or anything really off the internet, so i dont have much experience with growing strains(i get my seeds the old fashioned way), but ive toked allot of them and have some favorites

as far as long lasting; GOD lasted about 5-6 hours from only a few hits. also it got me really high, but not STONED and i was surprised how light i got for how long.

for an on your ass stoned high trainwreck is where its at. ive read how the real train wreck is a clone only strain, so i doubt my local wreck is TRUE trainwreck. but it still lives up to its name

my favorite all day smoking bud was strawberry cough. really sweet fruity taste, i was getting it cheap(for grade A bud) and it was the kind of weed where you would be stoned off one or two hits, but smoking a bowl to the face wouldnt debilitate you paralyzed on the couch

We both like a hard fast couchlock

so far Jack Herer has been the best with NortherLights #5 and G13 following only one that was better than my personal Northern Lights Special was the Jack Herer

I have had no problems with getting seeds online but now I have access to lots of different clones

no the way to finish faster is to start doing 8/8 instead of 12/12

because there are 3 8's in a day you speed up 1/3 a day each day so every 3 days is actually 4 to the plant and you gain 2 days a week this way

first i heard on that one. I've been reading about the 21/12 method in the faq but i'm weary of trying it. I'm not in any rush to get things done but it'd be nice.
so have you heard of any stories about 8/8. Is that a surefire way to create a hermie. how about the 21/12??? I'm curious. I think i'd like to give it a go but I'd like to see some experience first.

while the help is being offered. how about using veg food during flowering to prevent yellowing and leaf drop off. I've gone skimpy on my bloom foods because i don't have any ph up to control the acidity of it. everytime i use my bloom food i have leaves turning yellow and dropping off. which i then feed with veg to get the color back. think i'm losing yeild this way?? is the lack of p going to give me less than optimal results

21/12 would re-veg the plant

12/12 is best tried and true

8/8 is for emergency situations where you gotta cut early for some reason

and hermies can happen naturally (most don't understand this) you can by reading this,,,it's a direct link to the ditty

no what you are doing is a good thing, I feed veg nutes every 3rd feeding to keep em green, the more healthy (green) your plant the higher the yield will be

yep you can use some veg nutes, i would use a little(say1/5veg 4/5 bloom) every few feedings untill your about half way through your grow

hey riddle did you see the thing where this dude trims off all his leafs at like 6w and gets an increase of like 8g? it seems ridiculous to me but streetlegal showed it to me

riddle me i just seen your post about your your friend going to all the dispensaries to look for the best to grow. one thing to keep in mind is you can have two identical clones give them to two people and they will end up diiferant. i dont know much about you sorry i didnt do a check for all i know you could live in cali. but in my recent trips to visit family out there(sacremento area) two samples from two differant places could be totaly differant and the same thing in the dam i went on vacation out there, first id like to say bud wise it was a disapointment we grow better out here.that is in the states. but if you went three differant places the same variety would be differant or at least slightly. the best way to do it is find one with the qualities you like and grow out regular seeds not femmed to find that perfect mother. i apologize if you already know this i have a feeling you do, but heads up to all the rest. every seed is diiferant and every grower grows them differant. peace guys.

yeah I saw it and we discussed it, I pointed out that the plant bulked up it's bud leaves (as seen in the pics) which seems like wasted energy to me

yes I am totally aware of this, and we are both old picky hippies living in Colorado. most of what we have seen has in fact been grown improperly and chopped early, plus the dispenseries are mostly run by newbies and they tend to let the buds dry out to much

so what's up with the RIU FAQ ... i know they say before hand that it hasn't been tested. I was just curious. I can see you're getting slammed with questions why would RIU post it in the FAQ if it would re-veg the plant. I believe it says it's to increase yeild and cut the amount of days down.

are you sure it's not saying 12/21, as in 12 on and 21 off

cause 21 on will reveg it for sure
